Quick reminder! 💗 This video is very well written and has healthy, real-life tips! But the "Wonyoung Diet" is widely known as being harmful as Wonyoung herself is severly underweight. Be careful not to set high expectations for yourself, improving your health is good but harming yourself in the process is not! Take your time, you are beautiful every step of the way 💕

Guys please do not workout 3 times a day if you are a begginer or a young child because this might exhaust you and faint i reccomend doing a workout 1 time a day and start levekling it up once you are getting used to it

Please girl iou don’t need to k&ll yourself you are perfect God made you fr fr, I realised everyone one always wants to be or have or he doesn’t..like I could never imagine ppl wanted to be skinny whereas where I am having weight matters. A lot of ppl passed away doing these things, for what? Some attention? Since when do ppl deserve that so much?

Guys before starting your meal do not drink water you can eat your salad but don't drink water since it messes up with digestion of food

from my experience, cotton clothes are better than polyester, i feel exactly the opposite as what this video states ^_^ cotton actually allows my skin to breath in contrast to polyester, since it's a synthetic fabric made by particles similar to plastic it makes me sweat easier and i feel my back all wet unlike cotton

I suggest working out for 10-15 minutes a day or go for a walk/run,if you dont feel like it that day,rest,dont force yourself❤️

My mom says that if you suddenly change your diet that it can effect your metabolism and make you bloated. That’s probably the problem. Make sure you take care of yourself.😊

Don't worry, it’s called water retention, it happens when the human body goes through sudden changes. But please do eat more than that, you want to lose fat not muscles, ok? Losing muscle will slow down your metabolism, making it harder for you to lose fat. Love🖤🖤

Also, eating less doesn't mean you loose weight instantly. It is not healthy long term. Try to eat healthy and fulfilling meals. Take care of yourself, please I made the same mistake a few years ago and now i have stomach problems, cut calories little by little maybe every two weeks 50 or 100 calories. It might seem less but long term will be good for you

TIP:start your diet whit slowly ex:eat a BIT healtier the first 2 days, the another bit heltier in the 5 day then you should start it fully! Your stomach will think you are stûpīd for switching so fast!

Focus on overall fat reduction through a balanced diet, regular cardio, and strength training. Spot reduction isn't effective. Stay consistent ☺

But polyester and other plastic fabrics are good just for workouts. For other times its non-breathable and can make you sweat a lot in the summer. Nobody whats to smell bad
