merry Christmas!! yes great video idea I will add it to my list, but for now they key things we do for increasing re-order rate is focussing on our A and b seller customers who bring in majority of the revenue - we do a lot of relationship management with them, and lots of emails that drive value. Also sending catalogues in the post and following up, Will be sure to do a video in more detail though!
Hi, Great Video. Can you just clarify on how do we word to our buyers without being pushy that they have product in their cart and that they can purchase it.
I would suggest asking if they require any support first - 'I can see you have some items in your basket, do you need any support?', might just jog them - sometimes it's a case of they might have got busy and forgot to check out

Hey! as much as I wish I knew about this side of it, they keep this side of the business very closed off so we have no way of knowing why your account was suspended. My advice is this: 1. Review their terms and conditions, see if you did breach anything obvious 2. keep contacting them/re-applying by any means they have available. If you have any level of access to your account try and get in touch with support
I understand you are just providing some tips however I don’t agree with having promotions (other than the two Faire markets) Stores are already getting 50% off… why am I cutting into my profits more by giving more? It also devalues my brand by giving constant discounts.
Everyone has to do what works for them! It's why I always say you have to consider your own margins before blindly trying things. We are able to offer promotions and do so at very large order sizes because we have built that into our own pricing model, so actually it values our brand as much higher because the discounts provided are only on very large orders - not for the average Joe on Faire to make use of but gives us the effect of being a larger brand, thanks for your comment we love to hear your views!
