My Concern With Him is Like You Said His Lack Of Mobility, I think With Him It Come Down To Where He Get Drafted. A Team Like Miami Or Minnesota That Got Deep Threat Wideouts & A Decent Running Game I Think Penix Would Thrives In & Got The Chance To Be One Of If Not The Best Quarterback In This Draft.
