Well, yes and no. A decent mid range CPU and a decent amount of RAM can do wonders. I have a ryzen 5 3600 and 16 gigs of RAM and it works fine with plenty of plugins. One thing one has to do is first, don't have super high sample rate (44.1 or 48khz is more than enough)
@@guddaboi they just act like that in the beginning so that the producer just respects the singer lol .. not knowing that autotune isn't a cheat !! It's just an effect
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have Eternal Life." God, Who made us, sent His Son to die for us sinners. He rose again after 3 days to life believe in Him to b saved, He is coming again soon
The thing that stood out most to me in this video (aside from that beautiful voice) was they didn't beg people to hit the "Like" button. That, in and of itself, deserves a "Like".
This was actually really amazing to see the plugins used in real time in a real session. very well done, got me buying more plugins than i probably need lol
Where's the link to hear the finished song? It really sounds amazing! The vid was a little too staged / sesame street for me, but whatever it takes to show people how to work together towards a 'perfect session'.
As a producer from Africa Im loving this producers vibe,he is enjoying the moment and engaging the artist, the session is enjoyable and the artist has the time to express herself and feels like she is talking to her family, music is awesome
Been working with some huge artist lately and they’re all flexible. Remember, you’re not the star and the vision of a record is more important than ego.
Of course these Plugins are really great FOR SURE but the great work is based on the singer's expert singing skills and talents the vocal tone, all the different types of singing skills...damn~ what else can I say? She is so TALENTED
I watch a lot of the Waves videos and this one feels like a stand out to me. Not only did it sound great, but David and Lusil work so well together and just look like they’re having fun. Like, I just want to be in the studio to hang out with them on this one. I co-sign on more collaborations from these two.
@@satyarsh665 I fully agree. I produce commercials for a living, so I'm well aware of the scripted structure. Literally that's what makes this more impressive for me. 😊 It's very hard to have scripted content look like the people are genuinely having fun. Chemistry is hard to manufacture. These two actually look like they’re enjoying the process, and the results they’re creating are just fucking dope. I dig all the CLA vids, Wells, Yoad, Kramer, Scheps. All good stuff. Darlington’s Mixing class on the H-Series & Young Guru’s subtractive eq are both favourites of mine. I learn a lot from them. But you generally see those guys crafting. Fine tuning stuff that’s already constructed. It was really cool to see David and Lusil playing. Just trying stuff, experimenting. Shit looked like fun.
OK, I'm convinced; I _need_ this bundle. I'm about to reveal my ignorance, though, as a complete and utter beginner in everything related to recording. Will this work in any DAW? I'm currently using Cakewalk, but I'm not married to it. I chose it because it's free and I didn't want to spend a lot of $$$ before I even knew if it was something I wanted to pursue.
Hi there, our plugins are fully supported with Cakewalk 2021. Please check out our system requirements and supported hosts here: www.waves.com/support/tech-specs/supported-hosts www.waves.com/support/tech-specs/system-requirements
Hi, not really often you see here an Russian comment but here it is. I like what you done, David! Sounds cool! You’re really “Sound engineer” bruh. I’d like to listen full track that you guys have done😎 wish ya best of luck 🤞🏻
I use waves products. Really wish they would do tutorials on rock vocal production. I mean not everyone wants to sound like a robot like today's pop and hip hop
I know this is a video showcasing all of plugins in the vocal bundle but there is a such thing as too much. I've learned that simple is far better than busy. Keep things simple.
