That's so impressive that you study HR Management in Chinese! When writing thesis, it's important to know a variety of connective words. Make sure your essay is well organized with beginning, body, and conclusion. Also, try to use as many connective words such as 而且，还有, 总的来说, etc. They will help you organize your thoughts and demonstrate your ability to construct higher level discourse. I wish all the best for your exam! :)

@@sag647 Other than learning more connective words, I would say, in order to write better, one must read more. Lots of reading practice may help you write better. (This doesn't include writing characters.)
I think that when 等等 appears in mid-sentence, it usually just appears as 等. This can be confusing, because 等 usually means "wait". Also, in English, we usually don't use "etc." in mid-sentence, so the English sentence can be quite different from the Chinese sentence. For example: 打篮球踢足球等运动对健康很有好处 "Sports such as basketball and football are good for your health"
What makes you feel that way about this video? It is awesome for because who need help in their essays. If you think it is terrible, do not comment. People can get mentally hurt if you are rude. Please stop, think and then finally comment. I understand comments can be negative or positive based on the commentor's choice. However, we should all be mindful!
