It may be cold in February, but you can make a start on sowing some seeds, to get ahead in the growing year. Choosing cold hardy seeds to germinate at this time of year doesn't have to rely off of heated growing spaces or additional lighting. Growing under cover in either a polytunnel or greenhouse will give you a great start to the growing season.
Allowing you to crop much earlier in the year.
