After the first catacombs bonfire with the flame tossing necromancer, you can cross the bridge and from the ledge on the opposite side roll forward to the ground just below. Go through the door. You’ll need an Eye of Death (end of hall you’re in, but guarded by a demon). On the left will be an open stone coffin. Sit in it for 2-3 minutes and a cinematic will bring you to Nito. Join, offer an Eye of Death, and the Sword is yours. Upgraded with Demon Titanite.

Yeah for me using the rope was harder than just doing it the right way. I remember trying it the way it was intended for about an hour or two, decided to cheese it with the rope and at first it worked but I kept falling off and after about 2 hours of being embarrassed with myself and nearly putting my controller through the tv I did it the normal way and got that stupid relic... Never again will I play the first one FFS.
Yeah I get you I kept trying to get on the rope and (like you) I failed a lot after many tries and having to hear uka uka on the game over screen I finally got on the rope and I completeled the level......and I’m never going back to it to get the relic or the diamond
I think it’s because of quarantine. A lot of mental health problems have plagued people that aren’t comfortable in quarantine. I’m a really big introvert so I’m comfortable being alone at home. But others aren’t. I had a friend that started self-harming cause he was all alone. It’s terrible. I’m glad Jules started it. I think it is an EXTREMELY effective way of helping people in the best way you can!

I think anything to give people a reminder that it’s ok to not be ok or that things will get better, is a great thing, so I hope Jules’ continues doing it for a long time. My favorite Skyrim cheat was the Oghma Infinium glitch. It's supposed to go that when you read the book you gain a number of skill points, but then it disappears from your inventory. However, it only disappears AFTER you close the inventory screen. If you read the book, gain your skills, then drop it before you exit the inventory, you can simply pick it back up off the ground, rinse and repeat.
I still remember the day when I discovered the fact that I could shortcut Rainbow Road in Mario Kart 64. I was playing on my brother's friend's system which had been left at our house and I'd asked permission to play on. I was just messing around on Rainbow Road when I wondered just how far I could fall before I would get recovered by the game. So I find the highest point in the track, notice I can see a much lower part, and started trying to see if I could get to the other part of the track and if the game would allow it. When I landed it and continued racing, I immediately started practicing the timing and the next time I played against my brother and his friend on Rainbow Road I pulled it off and destroyed them. They got so upset because I played it off like I hadn't known what I was doing that they refused to ever allow Rainbow Road to be chosen again when I was playing.
I remember on Skyrim getting transmute spell mining as much iron I could find transmute to gold increasing spell class and level then forging gold into necklaces increasing blacksmithing skill then making enchanting potions and finally enchanting necklaces to sell which increase about 4 skills and levels
That's fully intended as an option, making it more like cheese than cheating. The alchemy loop he mentioned (which is actually the restoration loop, creating fortify alchemy potions to somehow boost your alchemy gear by just taking it off and putting it back on, which you loop together until you can make a ridiculous fortify enchanting potion) is completely unintended, exploitation of a glitch that doesn't actually make sense (why would fortify restoration improve the enchantments on your fortify alchemy equipment?). And while somewhat efficient for leveling a few skills at once (the obvious Smithing and Alteration, the less obvious Speech when you sell it all, and the often forgotten Enchanting if you then enchant the necklaces, or rings for higher efficiency, before selling them), the Transmute method is very tedious and slow and far from the best option for leveling those stats or making money
@@Kahadi your right it is a tedious task. Special at low levels due to high cost to cast transmute and lack of enchantments. You beed some luck in finding right locations to collect the necessary materials for alchemy enchanting and blacksmithing you will end up becoming overburden and having to wait till mp recovers to cast transmute I'm till you get items to allow to speed up certain steps
Reminds me of two things I used to do in Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 2. Playing as Yajirobi you had a move that sent opponents away in a predetermined arch, giving you time to use his other ability, healing (senzu bean). The second was with Omega Shenron. Fight until you build enough power to use your ultimate, use it that follow it with "power to the very limit" than ultimate is ready to use again. So.... Back to back ultimate attacks
When I first played fable 3 I had no clue how much money you’d need😂 needless to say I broke some promises, felt like an ass, and killed many people of Albion. Boy did they hate me when everything was said and done. Second time around I went the real estate route and “cheesed” through the last portion of the game. The power of money.
3:20 That was actually false for me. I found the sword before I had internet. Granted, I'm used to finding my own secrets and cheese strats for killing bosses. When I see I can hit a "boss" from below and be safe, I will hit a boss from below and be safe. The sword just naturally showed up, which was a surprise, but I expected some reward, so it wasn't that big of a surprise. It did cue me into cutting off other boss tails though. Also, did you know if you come from the other side the dragon will never spawn? I found that out when trying to coop with a friend recently (not with the new version.) I had to go to solar to get the soapstone and when I got there the dragon was nowhere to be seen. I used the masterkey and killed the boss after the dragon.
Warp room was something purposely built and easy to access, you didn't need to break any of the game programs to do so like stacking dead goombas or rapidly pressing a sequence of buttons to enter/climb a wall.
@@Jakeindbox one could stop playing for a week OR change the console's internal clock to make it LOOK LIKE a week has passed, the latter would be the cheating. Warp Room is a reward for exploring, like going to the left in a side scroller platform and finding a power up
Another Skyrim bug... per se, If you have the "Legendary Edition" you can level up indefinitely by getting a skill to L100, going to the skill menu, "make legendary" which resets that skill to level 1 and resets the skill points... Rinse and repeat as many times as you want. I found you can do this in Helgen Cave at the start of the game when the NPC starts following you when you reach the first bear allowing you to upgrade stealth, one/two-handed weapons, and destruction magic so you can leave the cave at L50+ easily. At L50 and above, the drop rates for Deadric items (weapons, armors) will become higher ratios too.

In Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, When you go to the Whiterun Castle, you're gonna have to sneakily obtain two Dishes (hold the item and take it into a private area before stealing it), go to the one room under the kitchen, use one dish, hold I up to the wall, push through and glitch into a Blue Hell (without falling out the map) and enter the room behind the door. Does it make you think that the Ebony Blade is worth cheating for?

Come on, man. None of this was really cheating, it was cheesing. There's a huge difference. Cheating is doing something the game won't ordinarily allow you to do via mods, console commands, and similar means. Cheesing is simply abusing the game's mechanics to your own advantage. This was all cheesing. And the games aren't rewarding your for it; that implies the developers anticipated it and coded in a response. Rather, you're just reaping the natural, expected benefits of whatever you're doing.
Some are cheesing with rewards (Drake Sword, The End) Others are cheating (paintbrush ladder, missingno infinite items) And yet others are exploits (wavedashing, rainbow road) Exploits are using small or unavoidable glitches, bugs, and other oversights to make things easier. Cheesing is using intentional mechanics to make it easier in an unfair way. Cheating is using unintended means to give yourself an advantage, namely big glitches and bugs, or outright hacking. Exploits can be considered cheats, but because they tend to be more small scale or unavoidable and tend to be more fair, people don't usually call them that. But in essence, you are making use of an unintended part of the game, a missed bug or glitch, to give yourself an advantage in the game
Do you know about the history of the Tribes series? A multiplayer FPS, where couching on a slope had you slide it down, but the physics were a little... broken, and if there was an opposite slope, you slide it UP. And you went in the air like a rocket. The developers were so amused by the accidental feature, that the next Tribes games were all sci-fi games with jetpacks and "skis." You could go up a slope, turn on your skis and slide it down, and up the next slope, and turn on your jetpack once in the air to gain a massive high ground advantage. It became the core mechanic of the franchise.
In Skyrim, it was much more fun to use the alchemy-enchanting exploit to power-level your alchemy, and enchant your gear to make using magic much more fun, by getting rid of that pesky spell cost. The downside of that was, that with no cost casting you quickly realized that those 'awesome' master level spells were actually much less useful than spamming expert level spells, especially the Destruction magic.
You forgot the item cloning bug from Oblivion. - Get a bow and pull it back. - Replace the quiver of arrows with almost any other item. - The amount of arrows you're carrying is how many items you'll clone. (Ex: 100 arrows = 100 potions) - Fire the bow and pick up your newly cloned items and either hoard them in your houses or sell them. - Cloning about 50 items at a time seems to work pretty well. Too many cloned items will crash your game from lag.
A lot of people seem to be unaware of the super cheap shortcut on Wario(?) Stadium. If you get the speed-boost at the start of the race, you can quickly cut left and hop as you hit the wall atop one of the slalom humps. You’ll bounce OVER the wall, cutting your lap-time nearly in half.

My friend cheated skyrim by putting a bucket on peoples heads so he can steal with out being noticed. Getting a fork and super strong armor getting kicked to the final boss and even hid in a cobweb against the giant spider and even sid that
Star Fox Adventures Okay. You've been tasked by the Queen Earthwalker to find her son, Tricky. You've made your way to Ice Mountain and opened up the door you last saw him go through with a pair of Sharpclaws, and now you have to get to Tricky before they do. The game intends for you to race the speeder bike you found there, get ahead of them, and just be ahead of them when you reach the end of the course, but... if you stop in front of them in the second tunnel, they can't get around or through you, so they just keep ramming you until their speeders explode, yours being completely invulnerable. This quickly became my SOP for getting through that section whenever I played.
Cheating is doing something the developers know to be wrong and do what they can from preventing you from doing so. Exploiting is using an overlooked game mechanic. I wouldn't consider exploits as cheating.
Dark Souls's Drake Sword actually can be obtained normally without silly shooting at the tail for minutes. You can actually fight the Drake and chop it's tail off like many other bosses in the game. I mean it's more hassle than it's worth to even fight, but you can do it.
I... I did that tail shooting without thinking. XD Didn't know it gave me a sword. Also, no mention of Oblivion's arrow multiply glitch? That made me rich in seconds!
You could actually multiply Anything with that. Fastest way is to head straight to the magic shop in the imperial city at the start of the game, buy two of one scroll and one of another, the more expensive the better. Use the dupe glitch untill you make enough to buy the staff apotheosis from him. Dupe that, and youll quickly gain rediculous amounts of money. After you clear him out, head to the other shops and wipe them as well in the same way. Maybe 30 mins and youll have gold for most if not all of the game.
@@jordansims8001 In my case, it was gems or soul stones. I'd never use my bow anyway, so I'd be loaded with iron arrows. Go to the Imperial city, soul gem explosion on the floor,sell to everyone, wait a day, repeat. Made buying a home WAY easier (I horded things like a dragon in RPGs like that, one of everything to be exact). I also used it to cheat that main quest where you give Martin an artifact ("Nah, I don't mind giving you this book of unlimited knowledge... I have like sixty." XD)
In regards to number 3 there was also a creature called M who was essentially the same as Missing No. But if you gave it a rare candy it evolves into a Kangaskhan.
@@cameronmorgan2347 Well, what I meant is that a lot of these entries are just plain exploits, meaning it is not a "seccret reward for cheating", but rather just plain cheating.
When was this confirmed? Because from everything I heard, it was unintentional in melee, with Brawl introducing tripping to stop it, with the later return being intentional. Not saying you're wrong, just wondering where you heard that to check for myself

@@Kahadi just a heads up the lack of directional air dodging was the reason why wavedashing was impossible in brawl. Tripping was just something that was put in
I used some glitches on Jak 2 and 3 to get the precursor orb trophies. Also there's a glitch to farm bolts on original Ratchet and Clank which I did. To be honest if there's a glitch for a trophy I need to grind for I'll probably do it
I actually realized that after my first play of Fable 3 was that earning income early was essential but since houses and the such needed repairs which cost you money I always bought businesses because unlike houses you never had to pay to fix them up you just earned income and equity
3:48 ok sorry for any of those "git gud" people but, speaking of cheating and dark souls,imo there should be some sorta easy mode/item/etc so that everyone can play without getting bombared by 2 words (git gud) thus lowering their proudness and happiness or any good emotion... so that we wont have to find cheats and stuff. i havent played any dark souls games though so idk if this is actually a thing or not.
My way of cheating and cheesing Oblivion was you can create an invisibility suit that made you completely invisible. The game says that you can't talk to others when invisible but you can, and you can just walk up to enemies and just kill them since they can't see you.
Not sure if this applies, but theres a game (unfortunately I dont remember the name, sorry :( ) where the final boss is just hanging out right near the start. You can run up to him, aggro him, then lead him to a group of NPCs nearby. He'll end up smacking one of them which will aggro the whole group, who will then kill the boss. Its like a 90 hour game and the speedrun is 4 minutes lmao
Ehhh @ Drake Sword early in DS. The claymore isn't too far away from the Drake Sword (I think its under the drake) and it's significantly better. I think I only used the drake sword possibly for the Bell Gargoyles and that was it.
Hell Yeah, I won me many a battle with that vanish + insta kill in FFVI - but I was using more of a Vanish + X Zone combo in order to sweep waves of enemies.
With the skyrim loop, there was only so much you could improve the enchanting, alchemy and forge skills before you make a weapon or armor with such high numbers that it just crashes the game when you try and use it. I think it depends on how powerful your system though. I got much higher numbers on xbox one than I did the switch version. So its probably up to the cpu. If that's the case, then if you're planning it in a high end gaming pc, I dont forsee a problem for most people. Consoles however have their limits. Kindo of like when I tried using the duplication glitch in oblivion on my xbox 360 to fill a small room with gems......yeah that was a bad idea lol
First time I played Fable 3, I started buying properties the moment you could in the game. I was only concerned with using them as a base income for weapons and armor I would need later. Never considered all the money I banked would be needed nor how much coin I had to spare.

Plus that exploit in skyrim where you're casting x spell (I forget the specifics) and then you pause mid-cast and fast travel. Never leveled up so fast in my life
lmao wave dashing, seriously? That's not a cheat, it's an exploit for one. Secondly, wavedashing alone is not causing a massive skill divide. This person doesn't know a thing about melee.
Fable 2 Exploit: You can find a town or area that has shops and weapons dealers and go on a murder rampage. Kill scores of people until you've had enough. This will lower the economy of that area. Let the guards cool down their hatred of you by coming back later or sleeping to pass time. Come back later and buy as many weapons and items from that district you destroyed, they'll be lower in cost. Then travel to an area with a higher economy like Fairfax and sell those items for lots more coin than when you bought them. You don't have to kill anymore people afterwards for quite a long time. The economy of that area will remain in a bad shape for a while. You can then sleep until items are back at the poor district's shops and repeat the process over and over again to become filthy rich. This works as long as you're not super worried about your character's morality.
fun fact- in my first and to date only full playthrough of fable three, i beat the game with MORE than enough gold and full good and pure karma. how did i do this? easy! i turned on the game, maxed my real estate properties, made them all 100%, then turned my tv brightness all the way down and went to sleep. then for extra measure, i fixed all my houses in the morning and went to school with it *still on* after, ammassing a ridiculous amount of gold with 0 cruelty
Lol not only did they not include any clips of obtaining the drake sword, but the weapon they have for about half of the clips isn’t even the drake sword
The drake sword is easily obtained without sniping the tail. And it is only good for like... 2 bosses before it becomes obsolete. Imo it becomes obsolete if you grab the claymore on the dragon bridge.
What about in skyrim, at the start of the game you jump out of the left tower in white run by standing on the barrel and jumping up, then you walk round to where skyforge is and jump through a rock then walk down and there is a chest with the sky forge blacksmiths inventory in it, you can also do this in blue palace in solitude and by a wall outside markark
Wasn't there also the second part of the Missingno glitch that you did encounter Pokemon from the last zone you were in? I pretty sure I used this to get my safari zone Pokemon ^^
I think the title is off for this one. A real reward for cheating would be something intentionally left there by the developers that the game somewhat acknowledges when you use it, like cheat codes. This list is just "10 Game exploits you exploited you cheaty exploiter"
What about Fable 2? Buy & rent buildings, save game. Change time to 24+ hours in the future. fast travel to the cities where you have buildings to collect your money. If you want more buildings is any town in any of the Fable games kill the owner & you can buy the building & gain rent from it.
Is it cheating if you are using in mechanics available in the game? Just because you think differently than the devs doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong.
I basically become God when I play Oblivion All clothes are laced with chameleon and I have a spell named the hand of God that does 100 points of fire 100 of frost 100 of lighting and 100 drain for 1 or 2 seconds Kills anything with one hit except tougher enemies but 2 or 3 should do them in. Tho u need a black soul gem Easy stuff
Anybody here know george salonikh? Fockin legend at metal gear games. He makes pretty good content and streams alot. He’s pretty underrated for someone who mastered the entire metal gear series.
