That's not all that's bad majuba characters of bad because the game has combos from the actual show and cartoons and movies so as a result of a character had a bad fighting stance and a bad move set he's going to have a bad showing in the game that's why I can't piccolo looks cool when he fights because he beat Goku's ass but my dude looks weak because my job didn't get a lot of screen time and when he did get screen time it was in GT so they drew it badly😊 17 so of course he look like s*** when he fights in the game
@@Iamdeejoker Base Gotenks has the same moveset as SSJ Kid Trunks, that's what he meant. As they both have the same rush attack and the same ultimate. The rest are different though, so he's not entirely correct.
If you even want to play as Janemba's final form, you might as well pick it from the start. I do think 2nd Form Janemba is technically 'better' than his first form, but if you want to start in his base form, it's very likely that you will lose a ton of health before you can even try to transform (3 whole gauges, I believe?) and then lose an additional 10,000 HP on top of it.
Actually (🤓 lol) you only lose a whole health bar if you transform at full health with janemba. The lower your health when you transform, the less health you lose so if you transform with only 1or 2 health bars, you don’t lose as much health.
If I remember correctly he loses the health because giant type characters start with extra health so to make it more more balanced he loses the health but becomes faster and harder to hit
Saiyaman Gohan has one very useful advantage however: He uses up one point less than base in the Limited Destruction Points Battle. So at the begin of a match you can just transform back to base gohan for one free point!
One thing i loved about this game is the ability to transform based on how you feel. I rememebr doing a mission as great sayain man having to fight multiple villains. Instead i de transformed and went super sayain 2 and wiped the floor 😂
That choice of hair color always made no sense to me. In the original Broly movie, his hair doesn't actually go Blue when turning Super Sayian. It's just the glowing light from him trying to go full Super Sayian reflecting on his black hair, since the collar he's wearing prevents him from going full on golden hair.
It’s blue because he isn’t actually in his full powered ssj state his powers are being restrained by the crown thing hense why whe it’s gone in the 2nd movie the regular ssj color comes back.
@@jerrywil7012it actually did go blue in the movie it was just night time which is why it had the purple look to it with the suppressed crown on his head.
always liked how brolys secondary outfit was him from the second coming movie. his blue hair turns into regular super Saiyan gold, and he has all the injury scars
The curious part is that all of them were tested, so the devs knew about this. When I played bt3 as a kid I couldn't understand why some transformations had this moveset downgrade. Fast forward 9 years and I still can't understand. 🤡
Probably a carryover concept from the first Tenkaichi game, where every character and transformation was treated as its own separate slot and no ability to transform mid-game. So they tried to 'balance' every character and form, regardless if canonically a transformation almost always *should* result in increased stats almost all around. This concept still sorta-kinda stuck around for the sequels, despite adding the ability to transform mid-match. They wanted every form to feel like their own character without being made 'obsolete' by a (canonically) more powerful transformation(s). Which is not to say that there weren't obvious balancing issues still, and many times deliberate (as it should be for a DB game), but the fact that they wanted to treat every transformation as their own unique character is really why we got the results we did. Some of the 'downgrades' may not have even been intentional, such as the case with wonky hitboxes and glitched supers. While I appreciate the effort that went into crafting each character and transformation, I do feel that they could have handled the power scaling better.
Right? Transformations are supposed to make you better maybe have some minor set backs but can still be used depending on the situation but they cant do anything in any situation they just suck
I think in honesty, I do that. They keep true to series... These dragon ball fighting games are very very heavy in detailed to what the t v show and to what did in the Manga
yeah im surpised this isnt on the list, to me its undisputbly the worst transformation in the game, its basically the opposite of broly lssj. broly gets around the size of a larger humanoid character, but he gets all the benefits of being giant, unable to be thrown, cannot use a super attack that is considered melee, doesnt stagger from ki blasts, gets armour, but all the benefits of being a normal sized chacater, good soeed, great mobility. pilaf machine is the exact opposite. they get the worst parts of being considered a giant character, and get zero of the benefits of being one
Legitimately the best use out of Monster Zarbon I found is that I think his grab attack ultimate attack was better than the blast. What I'd do, when playing against friends, is immediately transform when point blank, use the grab ultimate when they are distracted by the transformation, then immediately go back to base after.
Perfect set up for a top 10 of best great ape forms I mean yeah they’re all mostly the same but the unique ones would make it interesting. (Example: Fasha being the only giant ape with a rush attack, nappa’s having a receding hairline, etc)
Broly shouldn't be on here, I can beat someone starting at base form, transforming through both his forms, the moment it says fight my opponent is dead, no chance to recover
The same arguement can be used for every Character, If every character was used by the best and most try hard player ever, they can make any character look good and none wouldn't be worsed than another if we use that argument then, we are ranking everyone by how good they're for Casual Player
Majuub chocolate atack its so fking good, and its unblockable , that itself with the fact that uub has more speed the Boo makes him really high tier imo.
Correct me if I'm wrong but in BT3 and the raging blast games you can actually remove Z brolys crown so his regular ssj forms appearance changes depending on if he's wearing it or not
Dude, Monster Zarbon is actually really fun to play as. Yeah, the fact that he has a grappling Ultimate Blast that requires you to be right in front of your opponent is annoying, but it's so satisfying to pull off. Same with Super Android 13's S.S. Deadly Hammer.
Not sure if you're referring to a specific moment in the video or just asking in general, but damage for melee and ki blasts is scaled from the 6th hit to the 25th hit by 2.5% each hit. So after 25 hits you deal 50% damage every hit not including supers. It's quite easy for a combo with a lot of ki blasts to reach 40 hits and deal only 10,000 damage.
I believe Ssj grade 3 trunks is only good because he starts with extra ki so you can just power down to base trunks who is a pretty good character in his own right
@legaming4859 yeah i think thats how the line about trunks started Cuz trunks is basically a direct downgrade to majin vegeta in loterally every way, especially since at match start majin vegeta can fire TWO supers without chargin, has max base ki (starts fight at 5 ki bars) charges stupidly fast, and hits like a truck and both majin vegeta and trunks have the same hp and def otherwise Trunks burning attack only does 5k whilr vegetas big bang attack does 7k and he has the second super atomic blast for 5k Its like trunks whole purpose is to oust anyone who claims hes meta as having never actually played the game at this point
I wonder if Super Saiyan Broly is actually weak in canon. I don't think any character was really threatened by it. It also didn't seem like Broly himself was confident he could beat Gohan with it. His base form is pretty weak so maybe the multiplier is also weak.
One of my favourites characters and transformations was Goku SSJ 2. I don't know why, maybe the moveset, maybe the Hairstyle, maybe the fact that he can jump higher for no reason! I don't know 😂😂
I expected roshi and frieza to make this list. Both of their bulky full power forms are so slow. Especially frieza. I love picking first form frieza and going through all four forms. Getting health back and having a fun variety of moves, but 100% frieza gets no health and a way worse moveset than resting final form.
Giant slug has quite a few problems. Hirudegarn typically is rated higher by the competitive community, as is Dr. Wheelo. Janemba and some of the great apes are sometimes (not always) rated higher in tier lists. Having said that, base form slug is also pretty terrible, so technically, giant slug in most cases is considered an upgrade.
I was thinking that SS2 Goku is on this list too. I prefered the mid goku in SS1. Or SS1 or SS3 with goku end. I was a Bit confused that SS2 goku isnt that big of a deal accept his Kicks
If anything I think blue broly is better than LSSJ. I played for a long time with this game and when it comes to big armor and great apes, I know how to counter them, which is mostly just charge smashes and heavy finishes. Sure broly is tougher than a great ape, but as a normal character with blue, he's pretty fucking good. Maybe blue isn't as busted as LSSJ, but he's stronger than most normal characters
Xenoverse 2 actually made Trap Shooter viable which is one of three things Xenoverse 2 did better than BT3 Trap Shooter tracks Body Change changes bodies with the opponent You can skip the Criware logo
Everyone in this comment section should take their "ackthually great characters" and play in any kind of tournament before you run your mouth about placements being wrong
Just love how Shittube once again fails to load a video with 720p resolution. This is pathetic. This is the only service that does this. It's shittubes fault, not my wifi or device.
