Idk, it's the same for ps4 videos too, and all I see in the comments are people arguing over two consoles that are almost the same but just have different games and controllers. And some features. People need to just stop, it's really stupid.
Now look. I am an Xbox fan, I am a fan because it has a lot of features and the controller feels more comfortable to me. Sony lovers are PS4 fans because of reasons I don't actually know. I respect your opinion if you like the PS4. They're both incredible 1080p consoles and people who use either are equally cool. I expected that to at least make it on the list. Another neat feature that should defenitely be on the list is the fact that if you have xbox live and you set your xbox as your "Home Xbox" everyone can play online without everyone needing to buy their own XBL.

Yes it was. If you are on the Xbox one dashboard and push start and select at the same time I think it will let you use Xbox 360 dashboard on Xbox one.
This is really great. I use the tips from both the xbox one and ps4 info videos at work when selling the systems and then the kids (or adults) buying them get super excited over this stuff. Keep 'em coming! :)

The HDMI passthrough one is suboptimal for consoles because the signal gets routed through a set top compressor first, it adds a 5 to 10ms delay which is enough to render a first person shooter unplayable and most other games, although playable, will be a struggle to play.
Only warning I'd give is that plugging another console into the HDMI in port resulted in some input lag for me. I had bought an Xbox One day one and was still playing Dark Souls 2 so I plugged my 360. I'd heard there was input lag but was hoping it wasn't true. I noticed it slightly and just assumed it wasn't that big. Then I reconnected my 360 directly to my TV and it was extremely noticeable how quickly the image on screen reacted to my input. TLDR; be wary about plugging a console into HDMI in bc Input Lag.
The preview program is most often full of applicants and is still based on luck. I have invited many people who wanted to join and they often are not accepted because of the program being full. Also the program comes with a risk. It can often cause lag in new software, sometimes being extreme. However, that is the goal of the preview program to have people test new updates and software to find bugs.

You guys know you can hook up your Xbox smart glass to type out responses faster than the controller. Also you can hook up your mouse and keyboard to the Xbox as well. I do t know if you can use it to play like Mechwarrior 5 but it helps in some games
the preview program is cool because i get to play with new features before my friends do. Although your gonna deal with an update every week AND IT WILL KICK YOU OUT OF MANY GAMES.
The reason this wasn't in there because maybe a lot of people know about it, bit if you have a new keyboard, with a usb plug-in you can plug it in to the back of your xbox. You can then type much faster and also use the arrows as you would use the analogue stick. This won't effect the gameplay though so if you have to use an analogue stick in a game you can't use the arrows, but you can use the arrows to go through your message of go to the different tiles on the xbox home screen. It depends, Xbox has amazing game exclusives such as Gears of war, Forza, and much more. If you like ps4 exclusives then stick with ps4. I own a Xbox S and I'm really happy with it. I love gears of war witch is a Xbox exclusive.
I just got my gears XBox one I've been using my PS4 since it came out and I have to admit if you want both get both. I am keeping my PS4 because I like persona and I love FF games. But I also want to enjoy gears of war and play a few shooters on Xbox. Get both 🙌🏻 never settle for one

Lord Hardscopes Anything that outputs video through HDMI can use your xboxone as a passthrough on the TV app so you can switch faster or if you don't have enough HDMI ports on your TV. it works really well.
ya wont need an xbox 360 soon anyway microsoft is making it so xbox 360 games will play on xbox one its part of the preview already u will be able to download 360 games you own for free if its on disc pop it in the xbox one and it will auto download it for you

I don't get why people do this When it isn't a case of "our console is better than your console" it's a race to be a dick about PC or console.
