I had a similar experience with setups, slowly upgrading everything is a very good and teaching experience! Plus it seems like you give everything more value when u waited for each and every one of it, had to wait 3 months to finish building my gaming pc, but I thank my parents for that.

Your setup journey sounds so fun mine was just playing with a ps4 and then my parents bought us a new tv then this year of april they bought me a gaming laptop

i also saved up my money for an xbox series s back in mid late 2023, and played fortnite on that with keyboard and mouse. i built my pc as my christmas gift and thats what i play my games on now.

I would recommend adding 3d panels behind your moniter and maybe led strips behind your moniter it would turn out good and maybe cable manage your setup.. otherwise its clean ❤

These are the types of set up progressions I like btw if was more laggy on the monitor as the montior moat likely had alot better screen quality

I recommend a new pc very much. It last longer than the laptop, though it might be more expensive. It also tends to have better specs.

build one that’s 3 monter screen and a new pc and a playstation on another desk and put the desk next to the dest with the pc on and put everything you need on the playstation desk and get a chair with wheels and you can play on your pc and you playstation. pls build

I have a suggestion, instead of buying a new laptop for the setup why don't you upgrade the os of the Chromebook to windows 8 or 10, though it may be slower do some tweaks with it and you might have more fps. Also upgrade the SSD drive of it. On ebay it comes for 20 bucks

man just gotta say some people are kinda lucky with these set ups cause i stayed gaming on minecraft and roblox on ONE MONITOR and PC for my WHOLE gaming time like every time went gaming it was never on a diffrent pc or monitor and it stayed with me 6-5 years but now my mum took it away and i have an acer windows 7 LAPTOP🥲so if any one has a pc which is windows 8 or better and not a laptop................................................u are lucky

ik get that you wanna upgrade from your chromebook screen to a monitor but with 75 hz your expecting a lot of lag so ik would go with 165/144 on a budget but i get that your parents workt pretty hard for it

Nah Bro's is actually the same age as me. But my setup is older. I'm used to play old games. I edit my video's on lightworks.

The first thing i ever got to play games was a Nitendo Switch in 2020 when i was 10 years old and i loved it. 2021 i got my ipad and since i got that i been playing minecraft mostly for a year when i got the device 2022 i got my phone and thats my new device i play games on and i quit playing minecraft then played roblox instead 2023 i got my laptop for school and lucky it gets decent fps at the lowest grahics like fortnite, minecraft, roblox and that 2024: I'm going to get an Xbox series X, 165hz or higher monitor, keyboard, big desk mouse pad for my birthday on september 11th aka my birthday and im not lying its that day and i might able to get it earlier if my dad wants to get himself a new phone so im very happy and years years time im not sure but ill be wanting to upgrade to a pc maybe but not sure but along i get something can run games good grahiccs unlike my stupid school laptop
