I was gonna type the story out but instead Imma talk about one of the best characters in this game, and their follow-up. Theres this character you don't meet until later into Borderlands 2, and they are tied to a quest line. They are the best character, and say nothing but "HEY-O". The second best just likes to be shot in the face, not the arm, not the chest, not the leg, but the face.
