Your hair looks beautiful with or without hair extensions! The majority of my hair very thick, very curly hair fell out 6 years ago because of my hypothyroid disorder so I wore tape ins for 3 years. They looked great and that plus having regular keratin treatments helped my hair get to a better place because I wasn't heat styling at all. I also started to eat more protein, healthy fats, and (try) to drink more water and that has helped my extremely thin hair get to a better place. Thank you for this video! :)

Then I had them removed two year ago and had a scalp treatment where they use LED microneedling and a solution is applied to the scalp

I have come to the conclusion that because I was going through menapuase that means imbalanced hormones and drop off eastrogen that could have been a contribute factor of hair thinning .

Wish I could be adventurous like you I never did anything to my hair after my hair shred a lot after rebonding. My hair is very harsh now all I want is thickness

My hair became thicker and grew but the hair where it thinned out a lot took 12 months to grow back baby hair .

I had 4 years of nano ring hair extensions and I found that my hair was thinning , could hv been the weight of the hair as I had a whole had of extensions.

I have trichotillomania. If I don't wear hair extensions, I will pull all of my hair out strand by strand. I can't just stop. That's like telling someone to stop breathing. The only thing that would help is medication drs will not prescribe to anyone due to the abuse of it. So I have to wear extensions to stop myself from pulling my real hair out. Instead I pull out the extensions, strand by strand.

I started watching you when you hair was a shoulder-length bob (back in your thrifting days). I thought you looked so chic, so in vogue and classy. Long hair is boring. You're too pretty and vibrant to have boring hair.

which extension would you recommend for the top of the head if its thinning? which is your fave? Yes I did notice most extension videos are at the back of the head
