and I think that's the best part because it's this super tense fight between kara who's the arguably more human one in the situation and zlatko who think's he's this god over androids and those ticks almost give me a vibe of him "deviating" in a way (kind of like how connor twitches when he gets updates it's like zlatko's "human software" is glitching if that makes sense)
What made Luther deviate was seeing Alice risk herself for Kara, not just seeing them. Luther wouldnt go with them if they got out before Zlatko had shown who he truly was.
@@ladydelulu yeah it's pretty intense and heart aching considering after you finish "finish" serving zlatko your goal literally remember?!? In the most frantic way
Volt Yeah same. I see that you love BOTW like me. Sadly the story in that game was kind of weak. I hope that they can make a story as good as detroit and gaeplay as good as BOTW in the next Zelda.
@@ksisidisisis6082 Yeah, but compared to previous Zelda's, it's nowhere near as complex or delved into. The game is still amazing, but you can definitely see that Nintendo focused more on the open world side of things rather than the story. You can complete the main story in like under 3 hours if that.
that was my least favourite chapter it was too cliche. Stormy Night is what made the game for me. The ending were disappointing too and Alice became annoying after the first 2 chapters. I wish they kept the quality of the first 2 The plot twist of her being an android ruined the emotion and their relationship too
@@m0j026 almost always. First with that complaining for stealing when they have to survive. Then throyghout the whole game she was always sad the whole time and the fact she hid from us she is an androud. Just ugh i dont know if they did it on purpose but it was really botched. I didnt even drop a tear when she died on the river. And 70% chose to go on as kara after alice died imagine how much they cared. Could have been so much more the story The first 2 chapters Kara is so beautiful both inside and out its such an unforgettable experience. Her hair was so much better too
I don't know if you're joking or not but I'm pretty sure most people would be more nervous towards a horror thriller disturbing asylum game than a scene where a slow moving android and a guy chases a girl and another android.
This score is so damn incredible. Of all the scenes in Detroit, this was the one that made me feel like a mother desperately searching for and protecting her daughter. Weird, seeing as I'm a male. I can’t believe so many people misread me. Kara is a female! A mother!
what if the ticking, whirring parts of the song are there because Zlatko has half-torn apart android experiments in his basement? What if that noise is them? *Ugh, this whole piece is so creepy but good*
This is one of those songs that when you first hear without playing the game you’re like “Oh wow, this is a really cool song” But when you actually hear it playing in game...it’s absolute hell
What was really scary about this is that we had absolutely no idea what we were supposed to do, usually in games you get infinite chances to figure out what you're supposed to do, but here you only have once chance to escape that house.
Situations: POV: You ran out of dinosaur nuggets. POV: Trying to finish yesterday’s homework at the last minute. POV: waiting for your test results at (The Hospital / School.)
@@huniverso excuse me, but Todd was a drug junkie that can be dealt with happily later on if you spare him, while Zlatko is dealt with lethally in good routes while lives in bad routes continuing his work. Tell me that's not evil.
Some may know this already but the android in the bathroom laying in the bathtub is actually in the missing case files for androids when you play Connor and are in the police station for the first time. I could recognize their similarities, which means that Zlatko probably stole the deviant and reprogrammed him.
Gotta love how luther chases you walking i think he turned deviant by the time alice ran to kara to get her outta that machine he realized they just wanted to be free
Also at the Battle of Detroit: Kara Captured: the portion at the end if you choose to protect Alice and fight against the guard (required to survive that segment anyway)
Zlatko: What are you doing here get out of my way Luther: Not this time Zlatko: I created you! You have to serve me your master! Luther kills Zlatko *Zlatko died*
I realized just know that this OST has mechanical clicking and screeching things and the instruments are all over the place, from what i can gather, the mechanical clicking is the amalgamation androids in the basement trying to escape or help kara, the instruments being all over the place is from the androids getting out from the cell to get zlatko from all hes done to them
I'm not the only one getting that "the clock is ticking" type of vibe because this music plays at one of the most threatening points in the game atleast as kara.
