Love her passion and energy. The way she spoke says it all. Very impressive and just like any matured, proud business person. Such a well kept kitchen with quality ingredients. May the brand go places and do great. Wishing them all the very best.
The branding and packaging from RNR is really impressive and not something you would expect with the humble Donne biriyani and hope they are able to make it more popular biriyani across the country
Good morning dear Kripal - Wow the ambience looks superb. Ramya Ravi is so matured and a budding entrepreneur. She exudes positivity and confidence. Wow what guts to start the cloud kitchen during the pandemic. In one month after they started they got 10K orders of DB . Over the past 3 years they now have 16 kitchens and 2 restaurants 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whoa the packaging of the DB for delivery is very unique and that itself would have urged a Food lover to try it out . Then it comes to quality 👍 Wow amazed to look at the various spices and ingredients that go in a Biryani 👌 18 ingredients going into the making of their secret spice mix which truly is the heart of the Biryani 👌 What’s the role of adding turmeric apart from adding colour - I mean from a health benefit ? Thanks for your tour of kitchen and you explain each and very process in such a lucid and passionate manner . For example - the reason for adding hot water to the Biryani cooking vessel so that the Chicken doesn’t get a shock 👌👌👌 Oh I was looking towards you tasting the Biryani. Now we need to eagerly await the next Vlog 👌 Thoroughly enjoyed every frame and every dialogue between you , Ramya and Chef Venkatesh . Thanks chief for dishing out this amazing Vlog . Take care and have a blessed weekend . Tomorrow could we watch part 2 of the Vlog or would it be a motovlog. Loads of love and respect 🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯
The amount of ಕನ್ನಡ kripal sir used was more than the owner... Full respect to ಕ್ರಿಪಾಲ್ sir... If kripal can pronounce ಪಾತ್ರೆ as ಪಾತ್ರೆ .... Y can't the owner can pronounce it properly........
Missed a chance to meet you bro.. Even i stay near RT nagar and the food they serve is very Authentic!! Great fan of yours 👍 and your technicalities in describing the preparation of the food, hatsoff🧨
Please don't give hate comments. South Indians have different cultural background and food taste changes region wise. Lot of respect and love to all. Donne Biryani and Tatte Idli are my personal favourite.
Kripal sir thank you for this beautiful vlog the ambience of restaurant and the confidence of ramaya as a young entrepreneur is great congratulations to ramaya for bring out her grandmother's recipe of donne biryani and the success she got in lockdown superb confidence at such a young age and a smiling face once again thank you kripal sir for supporting women entrepreneurs like ramaya 💖💖💖💖💖
Exspesaly I'm biryani lover but I tried morethan 100 biryani restaurant but this is the one of the best biryani in Bangalore. I tried that mutton nalli and chops curry was osm and everyone comes and tried the rnr biryani. I'm satisfied with rnr food. I like this biryani and starters and dessert was osm elaneeru payasam.
l was visited RNR Biryani at jayanagar ,I love the taste of mutton Biryani is Exllent taste and hygienic maintained perfectly 😊 everything was fresh and yummy 😊 l had an amazing experience , I was justified it's pricing , definitely will recommended this restaurant
I dont know why they call it Biriyani. Initially in Mysuru and Coimbatore Jeeraha Samba Pulav was made in the very same way. We have Angannan, Cbe and Mysure Mutton Pulav. In the last decade or so people have started calling it Biryani. Many places in Bluru serve in Dhonne. Any way Bluru Biryani sounds good and lets market this way. Even Angannnan and others call it Kongu Biryani in Cbe now.
Her Way Of Talks...And Expression...🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤..She is loving Her job....Sooo ..it's Has Loved By All....... Brand Of Bangalore...jai Karanataka 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤Best Wishes Madam 🎉🎉🎉🎉
RnR unquestionably offers the finest biryani. Trust me, this restaurant is renowned for serving the best biryani in India. I've enjoyed their biryani multiple times, and I keep coming back for more.
Hi Kripal sir, wonderful video. I Had been once to this eatery and relished the biryani rice, I love their passion for these young entrepreneurs. All the best to them.
One of the best Biryani in Bangalore. I tried many time my family' member also love the rnr biryani. One of the best biryani I never tried like this biryani ever in my life . Thank you rnr.
Ordered it through Swiggy, not sure why their packaging was ordinary with plastic box and covers .Food was okay , nothing like Kripal Sir explains 😊, overall an average experience when it comes to parcel order.
@@shreyas4980Hello who told its English blog.. Even krupal will try to speak in the respective languages where he goes..and you don't have rights to tell to subscribe or unsubscribe to anyone.. Food lover's channel will hve English subtitles for you guys.. Moreover its not a knowledge channel its food vlog anyone can watch Food taste will not only come with ingredients but also its serving, traditional, place, language and culture.. In this video its famous donne briyani from Karnataka. Ramya Ravi enthusiasm and vision to make donne biryani as pan india is good intentions But she didn't even speak a word in Kannada.
@rrarjun8 kripal sir , please educate the people who are getting hyper if it is an English blog or a kannada blog....speaking kannada sometimes doesn't force the hotelier in question to speakin kannada if he or she is not comfortable...similarly you don't have any rights to tell anyone to speak in language one is not comfortable in.
@@shreyas4980I think you must get educated from the beginning. Thats why Krupal will have subtitles in his videos for you guys to get educate since you never understand other languages She knows Kannada well nothing to get comfortable with. Krupal is making a blog in Bengaluru where Kannada will be spoken..He himself will talk in Kannada
@rrarjun8 you illiterate fool...please come out of banglore and start learning every language of the state you visit...subtitles are put not because the blog is in kannada...nuisance value...have zero contributions to karnataka itself and will comment on others...kripal sir you really need to clarify if these are kannada blogs and hence there are subtitles...and henceforth will not reply to you...please go on
Really mutton nalli and mutton biryani was mind blowing taste they providing. The restaurant ambience and service staff was very friendly and we like homely feel..... Must visit.
The moment an eatery becomes about 'brand' 'expansion' 'number of outlets', it can never retain authenticity. That too an expansion in such a short period of time. Over a few decades, cooks can move to newer outlets and expand, but at this pace if you could skill cooks, then you will be a magician
RNR biryani , is one of the best natti style biryani today I had ordered chicken biryani and mutton bone soup is like a warm in a bowl it's rich and the meat just the bones piece it's perfect for a cold day and very nice place visit with friend and family awesome natti style donne biryani , I overall I had experience and very fantastic, keep maintained hygiened always 😊
Thank you RNR biryani for making biryani in brass vessel as it will retains nutrition from the food and uses only steel and brass vessel for the cooking. I must say beauty with brain to RNR owner 😄👏🏼
When I shopping went to jayanagar, if I see RNR biryani restaurant is always busy these restaurant, I think something offers is there ,but there is not offer , actually I think the Donne biryani taste was like very exllent and also warm welcoming is very ambience , I really like it the Donne natti style biryani 😊
i love Nati style biryani 😊 in rnr so tasty and this place is very good for family and friends i love mutton nalli fry ellaneru paysam 😊 and good service staff is good 😊😊❤
Some idiots be like : no this is not biriyani.. ever heard of authentic Hyderabadi biriyani?.. They will never agree to the fact that Hyderabadi biriyani itself is a type of biriyani and not everyone likes it.
This Biryani we call as Pulao. Tastes amazing but not like the legendary Hyderabadi Biryani. Biryani means Hyderabadi ☺️☺️☺️☺️ Long grain rice, meat super cooked, flavours on the next level. The Saalan and the Raaita of Hyderabad 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Donne Biryani is Just a Pulao
Food taste will not only come with ingredients but also its serving traditional,language and culture ❤
Today I visited from rnr with my family my second visited I order from mutton biryani natak Kohli roast very tasty and one more thing service was excellent...
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this vlog about Donne Biryani Restaurant, RNR in Bangalore. However, I noticed something a bit off during the interaction with the owner. When Mr. Kripal spoke to her in Kannada, she seemed hesitant or perhaps didn't know how to respond in Kannada. This felt somewhat pseudo, especially considering that the restaurant's identity and product are deeply rooted in Kannada and Bangalore culture. I have immense respect for the owner for taking on this project and contributing to the local culinary scene, but it would have been more authentic and heartening to see her comfortably engaging in Kannada. Regardless, the passion and effort in bringing Donne Biryani to the forefront are commendable. Keep up the great work! By the way my mother tongue is Telugu but I am a proud Kannadiga by spirit. Anyway, it was a just a small thing I noticed, again huge respect for she has achieved.
Forget the biriyani for a while. I observe Ms Rama so waving her hands shaking her head moving her neck....I think she must be a very artistic person , maybe a musician or a trained classical dancer. I'm surprised Kripal didnt notice it !
FAKE HISTORY WARNING!! I doubt if it’s her grandma's recipe or if it has a legacy of 60yrs. I’m pretty sure this lady is related to Nandana palace owner. This biryani was originally available in “Nanadana palace” as “Nati Biryani", and in fact when RNR was cloud kitchen, the biryani was served from Nandana Palace restaurant, where we used to visit frequently. We have seen RNR biryani packed and delivered from Nandana palace. Now if you visit Nandana palace Nati biryani is not available that’s because Nandana Palace created a new brand called RNR and attached 60yrs of legacy out of the blue!
Nothing to say any comments that name says everything RNR brand says everything. Must tried veryone biryani here. I tried many times in jayanagar and new branch open in RT nagar same taste and very good ambiance. Veryone tried pakka kannada local food rnr food namma Donne biryani.😊
I have tried 3times this biryani and taste is below average not worth money and not consistent taste. Rs-100 Donne biryani available locally is excellent in taste.
After watching this video I went straight to RNR at RTNagar and ordered a mutton biryani and mutton chops. To be honest I was totally disappointed. The biryani tasted like a Udipi restaurant pulao with a few pieces of meat thrown in. The mutton chops was soaked in a green gravy which tasted more like a concoction of medicinal green herb’s kashayam
Bengalurians may love this style of biriyani and it will sell too if you can make a big brand out of it in the organised sector..but it will be restricted to the region only. No other parts of India will love it like we do here. It's a same challenge for all the local cuisines. We can't make it lovable and acceptable in the same way in other regions where the people don't identify with it. To make a nationwide brand you have to always choose a common cuisine or dish or drink.. specific regional dishes always fail on wider scope.
Then why do people in other states love hyderabadi biryani, Lucknow biryani etc? If taste is good it can go anywhere in the world. I never tasted donne biryani before but when I had this I loved it. So you never know, if the taste is this good other states will also love it
@@sharknado888 this is about running a business and not about how it tastes good to a small number of people. The dish needs to sell everyday in good numbers.
@@mostlybasic that's the thing, it does. It's doing especially well both as a cloud kitchen and as a dine in restaurant and people from bangalore as well as other states like it so ofc it has the potential to expand donne biryani to other states
@@sharknado888 so when you say other states, do you want to precise it by saying adjacent states or just "other states" ? Because other states include Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttarpradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Sikkim, Northeastern states . Do you think donne biriyani will be loved by the people of those states as much as we do here??
She wants to take Karnataka recipes to all over the world but doesn’t want to speak single Kannada word in whole episode, sir is speaking Kannada in between, he’s saying properly paatre for the cooking utensils but she’s saying Paatra, what a show off 😂😂😂anyhow all the best for your venture👍👍
The real pioneer of Donne biryani is Gundu palav located at Sultanpet. They were the first ones who started selling biryani in a donne way back in the early 90’s. And these so called new donne biryani places ( and most of them falsely claim to be the ones who introduced donne biryani)are nowhere even close when it comes to taste compared to Gundu palav.
