they use cement mixer to mix the chicken and the seasoning together lol. I think their overall prep hygiene can be better especially when transferring from one place to another (like the sauce, you can see the splatter when they pour and as a result, the wall is showing the result of the splatter accumulated over time). The good thing is they use plenty of real peanuts for the peanut sauce and the final sauce is decently thick not the watery type.
