Make sure the watch the new WatchOS 10 UPDATE video here: NEW WatchOS 10 100+ Features/Changes For The Apple Watch ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kmQhBKoYuvM.html
Just purchased the Ultra watch first smart watch ever so really knew little to nothing about what this watch could do ,that now has changed thanks to your excellent video and all the info you presented! Thanks for the most in-depth video on this watch on youtube!!!!!!!!
I’m almost 50. The ultra is my first smart watch. Way smarter than I am obviously. I had to slow your speed down quit a bit to keep up. You scroll through things so fast I couldn’t navigate it as fast as you were. Thank you for the video. Very informative.
For wrist temp you need to set sleep mode on and use sleep focus. After 5 days nights of data gathering it will start giving you info. Took me a few hours to figure out why I was not getting any data after a week of wearing my watch! Apple doesnt make it very clear how to get it to work.
Basically nothing works out of the box and sleeping with it is a pain. More of a pain is creating schedules that work with it. I’m impressed by the quantity of deceiving reviews that attempt to make this Watch more interesting.
And once you get the data fed back to your Health app, you realise how useless it is. It will only tell you deviation from your baseline, which is completely useless because they will not tell you what is your baseline 😂
@@pistopitpit You can actually see the temps collected if you dig deeper and scroll down and select Show All Data. Annoying that it isn’t charted this way.
WoW! My Ultra is being delivered tomorrow. Currently I have a Series 3. A very comprehensive video. I’ll have to watch it again. Thanks for the tutorial ! ❤ Harry
Having the crown on the left is fine, but why would you have it set to 'right wrist' when it is clearly on your left? I think the accelerometer will expect different movements with this setting incorrect.
That’s the stupidest thing. You have phones, ear buds, speakers and more but u still want a watch to play music. Maybe ask for actual needed features rather than useless ones
@@twentyfour4222 having your phone out to listen to music is one more thing to keep track of. Earbuds aren’t the best thing when you need to keep track of your surroundings. Speakers and more is just one more thing to carry around. Also the fact that I have something that could literally double as a Bluetooth speaker strapped to my wrist… and I’m the one that said the stupidest thing?

This might be the single most useful Apple Watch video I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a ton of them. I’ve been using the A-Watch since the very first version. Thank you so much for the GREAT content, Eduardo!
@@darma8159First off, without knowing what it costs Apple to design, manufacture and market the Watch there is no way to objectively know if it is overpriced or not. Second, price is generally considered subjective. If people are buying the watch, and they are, from a market dynamics perspective it is then not overpriced. And second, because this channel owner’s entire job is to share his opinions, this is not misleading people. It’s simply sharing a viewpoint.
@@darma8159 Now you see, this is EXACTLY what I was talking about. The software on the Ultra is not identical to the standard Apple Watch. There are a number of differentiators including watch faces and other options not available on the standard watch, plus other hardware differences, as well. Please do a little research before dispensing disinformation. I appreciate you, and your thoughts and opinions matter as much as anyone’s. But what you’ve shared here is demonstrably inaccurate.
@@darma8159 Possibly. I kind of feel like privacy is an illusion nowadays anyway. IMO, Apple does a better job encrypting our data and safeguarding our privacy than most of big tech. YMMV, just my two cents. I agree that Apple products are more expensive. But I gladly pay the “Apple tax” because I believe in the company and their products. So, I choose to support them with my dollars. I do the same with my time. One can get a paycheck anywhere, but I choose to work for my employer because I believe in our mission and the approach we use to accomplish that mission. We are a non-profit medical services provider. I’m sure you make similar decisions with your money and the organizations you choose to support.
This is so informative. Thank you very much! I don’t own an Apple Watch and I was watching this video to understand more before I jump on the Ultra. My conclusion is that the watch is too smart for me. Doesn’t mean I won’t buy one, but I am just wondering if I will even use 50% of the features covered here. It’s a beautiful watch though.
Very comprehensive, very useful. I’ll have to rewatch just to check out all the tips/tricks I DON’T already know about. The tip Siren is calming. Glad I know now that Apple didn’t Nerf one of the headline features. They’re very intuitive. I love the Apple community. ❤ Thanks again man.
So the only way to show digital time on screen is when the watch is off. Or is there a way to show digital time on face when screen is dark but not turned off?
Wow. You know more about the Apple Watch than the people at the Apple Store! Thanks so much for posting Eduardo.....I learned a lot of stuff from your video.
Thank you for making this. I just bought one of these things and had no idea where to start. Closest thing I've had to a smart watch the past 10 years is a FitBit.
I wear my 7 the way you changed to but I put the ultra back so the crown is near my wrist - for some reason the weight works better for me that way despite me wearing all the other apple watches I have owned with the crown away from my wrist
When I open the Workout from the Action button the only option to gives me is "open workout." It doesn't give me the option to all those other specific workouts yours gives. So that means I have to go scrolling for my favorite workout everytime. And my software is updated. Any idea why?
Can Apple please make the volume louder for phone calls already?!?! Still not loud enough. Also the ability to listen to podcasts or music without headphones would be a nice little feature
Hi ! Out of curiosity, whats your height and wrist size, m8 ? Still doing some research and looking forward to buy an Ultra, but I'm afraid it would look too bulky on my wrist (5.8"ish with 6-1/2 wrist). Ty for video and congratz for the work !!!
Ultra ordered and thanks for you recommendation of Buckle and Band. Ordered one of their Mona hybrid sport bands in brown. Didn’t know it was a UK company so saved loads in shipping too, for a change 😂.. Fab content by the way. Roll on November to get the actual watch..
Hey there- Thank you for this post. I live in the UK and I have a neurodegenerative disability and I’m considering getting my first Apple Watch because I have falls and other health issues. Would you consider this a good purchase for me? I have epilepsy, cataplexy and narcolepsy, so I am wondering if this is a good investment for my safety and security, as I have a tannoy that I use with a fall detector that is not great, and my disability impacts my safety. Would you think that this would help me to feel more secure in going outside of my home, as my disability is extremely rare. If I am away from my home would this help the EMTs to attempt to contact me see where I am located? Is this a good item to purchase? It is an important question for me, so I feel that I could use some feedback, please? Do you think that and of the other Watches would be a better option for me? Thank you for your time and advice.
Should I get the Apple Watches ultra or wait until the series 9 release bc my mom checks her sugar levels every day n she has a-fib too we have never had them before
Thanks for the video. How did you get the compass to appear as a bezel around the watch face? I find that I can choose Lat/Long or Elev/Incline but not the compass.
6:23 on the top right corner you have both the condition and temp showing in one complication. how did you get that? I can either have it show only temp or only condition. not both at the same time.
Hey man when I start my workout it only displays the minute and second but not the milliseconds do you know why that could be, is there a problem with my watch, btw it’s the ultra as well.
So I bought 2 watches Ultra cellular 4 days ago and very disappointed I’m getting a call fail if someone call me and both Phone and Watch are close by then i walk away leaving the phone away and talking on the watch after reaching some distance when the phone and watch get disconnected from Bluetooth I’m getting a call fail until the watch start using his data apple and my carrier ATT telling me watch shouldn’t be working like that but no one give me a solution I’m returning both watch next week if no one resolve this problem apparently happening to everyone just not all people are aware about this issue any tips or help ? Thanks
