Hey, I made it yesterday. The texture was very nice indeed. It was softer compared to my precious attempts to make whole-wheat bread. Is it possible for you to give ingredients in 'gms' for sugar, yeast, salt, and oil/butter. Please. It would be easier. As measurements are very important. Can I use instant dry yeast here?
Yes, you can use instant dry yeast. Sorry for not providing ingredients down to a gram. Earlier I focused on making the video easy to understand but now I have understood the importance of grams. Future videos will have proper measurements in grams.
Bhaiya aap masterchef jaao na itni creative thinking hai apki..i have seen your mordernized cuisine videos....itna dimag kaha se lateo yrr... Lots of love from haryana..stay blessed and keep growing ❤❤
Tried this recipe out, the whole wheat flour I used absorbed less milk so i had to dust some extra whole wheat flour while kneading and also it required a good amount of oil as it's sticky...other than that it's a great recipe, I'll make it again for sure!!
