I do the 52 week challenge as well, but I do it the opposite way. I start with the higher amounts and then work my way down to the lower amounts. This way money isn't so tight around Christmas time!..just makes it easier to save for myself especially since Christmas can be very overwhelming (money wise)😀.
That’s a great tip! I started my 100 envelope the start of the year… and pull both high and low envelopes each week.. but I’ll be mindful of attacking the higher amounts before the Holidays. I hope to be done awhile before then🤗
Omg...thank you for actually explaining how I can do this. I watched at least 5 videos before yours and no one started from the BEGINNING of how this works, step by step. Maybe I'm just stupid, but I just did not know how to start or what increments of money to use. So again, thank you! I also like how you showed different amounts that one can start with, and then increase the amounts with each challenge. That makes so much sense. Great job and I am now a subscriber to your channel!

i’m definitely doing the 52 week challenge but instead of going by ones, i’m counting by fives. week one: $5, week two: $10, and so on. i’m gonna make my own chart tomorrow and starting off then. thank you so much for the idea! hopefully all of us will be able to be saving money queens!😁💓👑

OMG I just started my challenge today April 1, 2022, and the two envelopes that I picked were #68 and #98. Just watched your video and you picked out the same 2. What a strange coincidence. Kinda freaked me out. Good Luck.
I just completed week 8 of the 52 week money challenge last friday and i have it set up where the amount for that week is automatically transferred to my savings every friday, I started the 100 envelope challenge today and i did some of the higher amounts today since i had some some $50's and an $100 bill and I will be spreading that out.

Yes! Do what makes you feel comfortable :) the reason it goes higher in amount gradually is because it’s great for beginners and it gets slightly harder every week to really challenge you :) hence being a challenge. But I always encourage people to do what works for them!! 😀 happy savings!
Signing our lease tomorrow and it’s our first place so I’m totally doing this! We’re gonna try to do the weekly and daily challenge for each month. So 52 envelopes for the year and then 28-31 envelopes for the months! 😁

I’m new to your channel but I’m gonna join on this challenge however instead of 50 weeks I’m going to do it in 15 weeks that means I have to open 1 envelope a day. I know it’s a lot but I need a down payment on a new truck so I got do it

I am currently doing and working on the envelope challenge. Also i love your setup. I almost feel like it is better than mine setup but hey as long as it gets the job done where i am still saving then that is all that matters.
I’m doing 2 52 week challenge but I think imma use this as a side challenge. With extra money imma stuff envelope and if I don’t got the amount of the envelope Imma just stuff it til it matches the number and move to the next. I think it’s would be more stress free that way. And I’m not going to give myself a expectation date.
Yes, every persons budget will differ so feel free to check out the 10+ other savings challenges! :) even just putting aside $5-$10 once and awhile would be manageable for many budgets :) hope you find something that works for you! Happy savings
It can feel like that… but tweak it to fit you… It’s an amazing feeling when you know you’re creating a little “security” for your family. I remember just saving my first $20… because some days, that was what I needed to get through.
I'm looking around. Right now I'm adding what I can when I can get extra hours. My situation is weird, just happy I do have a safety net and able to prepay most bills and put extra away.
If you get paid monthly, just pull 2 envelopes each week/complete week1-4 (52 week challenge) and stuff them when you get paid :) If you find yourself living paycheck to paycheck currently, start budgeting before starting any savings challenge because you want to keep it realistic for you :)
