Thanks Doc. My home is in Ohio. I travel for work a lot… I’m in Texas now. Loaded app and it says I’m connected to Missouri but avanti and iphampster both say I’m in Texas. Specifically @ Hilton Hotel. Must have done something wrong.

Thanks Doc. I loaded in France and here in Australia. Was hoping it would allow me to access BBC iplayer in both but unfortunately it doesn't in either. May have to fork out for a pay one which goes against every thing I'm about.

With all due respect but it doesn't fully work. Other streaming apps on my firestick sign me out of the app or shows I am in other country and the app is not available there. This areas like The US & Canada or English speaking areas.

Thanks for the info Doc but I'll stick with the free version of Proton, once its installed you don't need to mess around with getting new codes to continue using the service like you need to with Award VPN. With Proton it's on until I shut it off.

I'm using Proton free vpn at the moment get great download speeds. But, you are limited to Holland and USA. So if I want to watch something that you can only watch if you are in that country, like Australia for the cricket, you can't.

The last time I used Award, It used to disconnect my WiFi when the time ran out. So next time I used the firestick it wouldn't connect to broadband. I had to uninstall the app and start again. I'll give it another try though, hoping they have fixed this bug.

When I try to get the pin. It wants me to scan or go to the website. I’m not going to scan. When I click the link in the box above the scan it takes me to Amazon silk. I tried to go around it and even went to get my pin got it but there is nothing I can click on that let’s me enter the pin to start the app. This is on my Firestick. Update Looks like I got it working.

I was using this VPN site and about a little over a month ago it stopped working. I un installed it and reinstalled it. It is still not functioning. I go through all the steps and after i am done entering the pin and click connect I get an error stating something went wrong try again later. When I click it again it says use a valid pin.

I took all the steps. Got the pin, entered it and got a message saying... something went wrong. Try again. Even went and got a new pin, but when I'm on Awardvpn it won't even let me put in the new pin. It just keeps saying the same message that something went wrong

Why do you keep saying "they", did you or did you not say you owned this VPN? Do you have split tunneling? Do you have an obfuscate function? Most ISP's are blocking VPN'S in the U.S. and are starring to block elsewhere as well, or they will turn off your routers UPnP because they are aware of tormenting. This is becoming way to much trouble to contend with.

Nothing good is free and nothing free is good. I can deal with their ads and will give them a try after I have a firewall and anti-tracking software set up, but I don't mind paying for a high-quality service also.
