Hi @David, I think the most painful part of this video was you saying, "come on discount discount"...... I spent $11.00 and then bought my daughter something.. blah blah blahl. How pathetic was that David"?Anyway , I almost didn't mention a word of what Im about to say but then it occurred to me that people don't learn and grow if nobody ever tells them the truth or help them to see something they just don't see, especially when they are drunk from the night before.. Yes, @David that was you in this video and it came across pretty bad while you were eating in this video.. from 30-50 mins in this video, its a shame two grown men with raging apetites didn't wanna eat with you... at the 48 min mark, the guy with the colored clothes on actually tried to eat with you but because ALL THE FOOD WAS SITTING ON YOUR SIDE, and you were almost guarding the food like a pitt bull.. "unintentionally of course" this should never be the case.. These cultures are so used to cooking together and eating together Im sure your style of food possession was shocking to them.. to say the least.. Even the guy in the colored clothes tried very hard to eat with you and ultimately gave up.. You were eating all over the place dropping food leaning over the plate bare handed AFTER THE FIRS GUY SHOWED AND TOLD YOU TO EAT WITH BREAD.. they could not go on to eat with you.. The guy in the white does not like bare handed eating ON HIS PORTION of food and you broke those rules, never noticing.. not one time that you were all over the place and had turned them off.. He played the Im training you card.. Just to keep from eating with you... It never once occurred to you that you were the only man leaning all over the plate.. dropping food everywhere and eating bare handed when the guy told you earlier to eat with the bread.. I believe he had made up his mind he would not be eating with you again after you see what happened at the 30 min mark with him... Once again like a person who was starving and quite greedy.. Eating ALL OVER THE PLATE, not taking anyone else into consideration.. Constantly saying.. I'm done.. Well, you all should have been comfortable eating together having great conversation and comfortable doing so and you would have had you had some sort of table etiquette although on the floor eating.. With that @David, I've noticed this about you time and time again.. and so have many of your other followers.... I know because we discuss it in our groups, many private.. and I decided today, I was gonna take the risk of getting blocked just so that one of my favorite youtubers could make a change and not face the many people he eats with around the world, anxious for him to leave or who don't trust him while eating to even try to eat with him because he is unknowingly disrespecting them or giving off this vibe that he is the super star and they are the peons even though they have been slaving around the kitchen and otherwise trying too hard to please you and ensure you have a great time and enjoy their food... @David, your personality is great, and you appear to be a very humbled guy in all you do! down to earth and friendly... That said, UNTIL IT'S TIME TO SIT DOWN AND EAT WITH YOU and then you turn into a BEAST!! Almost. unrecognizable... It appears you sometimes have trouble "reading a room", or reading people because you become so self absorbed, and focused on the food and filming your show that you offend people and don't even recognize it.. I would hate to think you just don't care!! Because if you would slow down to read the room and read the people body language youre eating with, you would discover you're missing clues all the time and I see this often with you.. To add insult to injury, you had the nerve to haggle with them over a $10.00 price something I see you doing all the time coming across as cheap and starving.. wanting anything you can get for little of nothing.. well, honey, the way you eat.. You should always give them a great tip and never been seen as haggling them. Not ever!! These ppl pulled out the red carpet for you and made sure you enjoyed your time there even though you wouldn't allow them to eat... with you.. Let's go back to around the 30 minute mark, play your video from there and this time take a closer look at everything... You will see a very nice man who is anxious to sit down with you and teach you all about their culture and how to eat the dish you were presented with .. All that changes the moment you began TOUCHING THE FOOD WITH YOUR BARE HANDS AND EATING ALL OVER TH PLATE INCLUDING ON THE SIDE OF THE OTHERS.. Yes, @David there is such a thing as food etiquette.. you should learn a bit about that before taking the trip.. His side of the plate kept shrinking fairly fast... even though he was eating much slower than you... and even though he tried to steer you to somehing that would help you digest all that food you inhaled, you had the nerve to make fun of the chewing gum he gave you and then wanted basically everything for free. A wealthy man yelling "come on discount" discount" and acted as if the "little discount" he gave you wans't enough.. because you bought something for your daughter.. as if HIS DAUGHTER DOES"T HAVE TO EAT TOO.. Haggling for everything!! and then saying Im eating perfume.. supposed to be for the stomach... smh.... @David, That has to stop. It makes you look incredibly cheap,,. and greedy.. and self absorbed.. slow down, you would see that you were so anxious to dig in that you started digging into THE BOTH OF YOUR FOOD with YOUR BARE HANDS. Look at his facial expression as you continue doing this to him at the 30min mark looking and acting like youre drunk from the night before. You have the nerve to pull up the entire piece that's left and say to him are WE eating the rest.. Hell no!! He jumps up pissed off and says no, you can eat it.. You don't even care.. You just tear into it and eat every drop which is what he knew you wanted to do in the first place so he allowed you to have it.. You make ppl feel as if theyre stealing YOUR FOOD.. Youre supposed to be eating with them.. Ive seen you take an entire plate of food and move it in front of you.. Leaving the other person dumbfounded about what you were doing and why!! Rewind the video and look at his facial expression and his hand gesture as he tries to steer you to eating with the bread.. You immediately catch the hint and pick up your bread calling the food oily and he corrects you with it's 'fat". You say well, the oils are fat.. almost argumentative.. just slightly.. You then commence to eating ALL OVER THE PLATE.. Continuing to push him all over the plate... irritating him, never noticing that he NOT ONCE crossed over eating on YOUR SIDE of the plate. until he was forced to do so after you forced him too.. and it also appeared this man didn't like that.. @David it's really seen as disrespectful.. YOU MUST member that you are eating with some of the best cooks in the world and these are MEN!! NOT BOYS who come from a different culture and in your rush to eat every morsel, you were eating all over the plate which obviously made him feel uncomfortable so much he got up AFTER YOU began eating up his entire side of the plate. When he finally had no choice but to move towards your side a bit. YOU PICKED UP THE ENTIRE PIECE, as IF TO CLAIM IT FOR YOURSELF.. You see, he was reading the room and your possessive and almosgt food aggressive behaviors... even after he was courteous enough to allow you the best pieces while staying on his side of the plate and trying really hard to not touch your food with his bare hands.. However, you were so greedy and eating so fast and kept eating all over the plate with no regard for him at all... He finally moved toward your side of the plate because he had no choice at this time, YOU MAKE IT VERY CLEAR, ON CAMERA. I GET THE HEART. and the way you said it..smh... The man didn't know what else to do after you put your hands all over the rest of the food.. , something he obviously hates, and AFTER he told you a few minutes earlier to EAT WITH BREAD BRO. He Just got up and let you have it all.. Im telling you, that was a moment you should never forget and hopefully never repeat what caused you to be sitting there eating the last of any food alone.. acting slightly privileged and having this attitude of "It's all about me" Im David. food aggressive, possessive and obvlivious to my behaviors.. YOU NEVER EVER SEE THIS TYPE OF THING WITH MARK WEINS.. OK, THAT'S A LIE.. Like you, he sometimes becomes too self absorbed and focused on himself, I have seen him do something similar as you.. The difference between the two of you is Mark couldn't sleep at night if he thought for one second he offended someone.. You on the other h and couldn't care less because you can't see your own behaviors.. and tha's why I have sent you this mini book in the effort of helpig you see the other side.... When he said "go head" he was done with you and eating with you at that moment and to be honest with you David that's not the first time Ive seen guest be disgusted with you in this way... Is it because youre helping to pay for the food? Well, ok but it's not OK to eat all over the plate David while eating with another man. it's a matter of respect and they showed you much.. You didn't show them much.. You were too self absorbed ad ... Stick to your side .. Allow him to stick to his side and don't be so greedy and one track minded not paying close enough attention to your guest.. or the fact that you are their guest.. These are men as I said earlier..Not your flunkies.. They deserve respect David. Im so sorry about the book I wrote in your comments.. but as a person who wouldve. turned my back on you while eating too.. I just want you to make some changes.. please.. -concerned Follower_
