🧳 CHEF KEITH SARASIN: / marcosworldnyc
In the fall of 2021, I flew up to New England to go on an amazing Indian food road trip through New Hampshire and Massachusetts with my good friend Chef Keith Sarasin.
Keith is an incredible chef who specializes in Indian cuisine, and I love eating Indian food, so it was a match made in heaven! We ate our way through several cities, trying a bunch of different Indian dishes along the way.
⚽️ MY RARE SOCCER JERSEY STORE: www.ebay.com/str/raresoccerje...
🌳 MY LINKTREE: linktr.ee/davidsbeenhere
From the Punjabi and Kashmiri food we tried in Salem, New Hampshire, to the stuffed chicken naan, samosas, aloo tikki, and malai kofta we had in Manchester, to the incredible dosas in Boston, we ate good!
Of course, I can’t forget the unbelievable lamb biryani, paneer chili, and mango lassi cheesecake he made for me at his home! It was an unbelievable five days of eating, and for the first time ever, I present to you our entire adventure, uninterrupted!
I hope you enjoy this full documentary of me eating Indian food for 100 hours with American Indian Chef Keith Sarasin. If you liked it, please give the video a thumbs up and leave me a comment!

Just too much goodness to even write down. David: Cheers to you and Keith for this series. First of all, I am stuffed. Lol. It was so easy and enjoyable to watch because of the simplicity and of the continuity in your editing. This was a very clean documentary in the sense that every restaurant that you both went to were so clean and well put together. As for the food, what can I say: how do they come up with all those dishes? 50 dishes!!! All of the food was a feast for the eyes too. I loved how Keith took the time to explain everything from the different spices to the types of food itself, even the way he cooked the biryani and the spicy paneer. As an aside: it's true that you must always wash your rice, and boil the rice twice: fact: rice naturally contains arsenic so the best way to help get rid of it is to pour hot water over the rice, strain it and then cook it accordingly. It's hard to describe all of the dishes because there were so many of them but I would eat any one of them in a heartbeat especially the meatless ones. So David, I did actually watch this one in one sitting because, like I said, it was so easy to follow. So great job on your editing and continuity. I don't know what's next but I look forward to what you have in store. 🙏🕊️😇🇹🇹🇨🇦

@@chefKeithSarasin Good morning Keith. You are too modest. The reason why I described you that way is because I watch a lot of shows with Indian food and I see some people struggle to explain it especially since there are so many regions where Indian food is so diverse . You even took the time to explain the use of different spices. Side note: a lot of times we see all the sauces are already made and then meats or vegetables are added. We don't see how the sauces are made from scratch. Even the way you made the biryani was different because we always see the biryani already made and ready to serve. Just my observation, of course. You may be a student but we are all students in one way or the other as long as we are willing to learn. You are a good one. Thank you for sharing what you know. Take care Keith and have a great day. 🙏🇹🇹🇨🇦

I hope people realize that in typical Indian households, we don’t eat 10 different curry dishes in one sitting like they’re eating at the restaurants, or even in one week! One meal is usually with one curry dish or maybe 2 max the odd time. The only time you have several dishes at once is at special events (weddings, birthday parties, religious or cultural events/gatherings etc) Great video!

The Bahubaali thaali is bit of a course overdose !! We normally eat one dish meals with bread, biryani, pulao or curries. South Indian breakfast items with Biryani are very very heavy ! Not recommended for a single sitting !! 😆🤣😂😇😅🙏
