If you ask me as a Indian, that Puri is readymade (packaged) which is not good as we used to eat.. if you want real taste of Pani Puri come to Mumbai, India and try Indian Street food

proud to be an INDIAN especially a SOUTH INDIAN , this is where the DOSA was invented, in UDUPI (a small town), KARNATAKA (a state in the south of india) around the 1st century CE. We hope that it gets recognized all over the globe ! cheers 😚

Looking at this video it made me hungry and now I wanna have masala dhosa and pani puri at 6AM in India, dhosa looks really authentic, pani puri you still have to come to india and discover what it tastes on street and how spicy it is and how many different varieties we have even being Indians we cannot make it at home as good as our street vemdors but 9.9 out of 10 dhosa.

In potato mash add some items like dry crushed 🌶, amchoor powder, onions , Corridor( raw), cumin powder and some peanut slightly roasted.. 1000% flavor enhancement.
