Hey Nick and Tiana! Tiana, you are so game, hahaha good job! “That’s why you get married?!” I BUSTED out laughing. Fascinating experiment to see how gear and weight distribution changes the outcome. It’s absolutely easier to fireman carry a person and I agree with Tiana it feels so uncomfortable and makes me giggle too. Wish they credited her name on the record not just “and wife.” Also, just an opinion here. It’s popular to not want to ask women what we weigh, but even that seemingly peacekeeping philosophy worsens the perception that being a certain weight is bad or it’s good to be “light” and bad to be “heavy.” I’m personally working towards encouraging women to feel comfortable with their weight and all of us to feel comfortable asking each others weights. It’s a deep-rooted cultural view but I think it’s healthy to change.
