Since the debunk on separate dodge procs this guy looks a lot better than expected since Dyspo can launch 4 super attacks in a turn and that helps him increase his dodge chance by a lot ranging from 61% to 94% and his defense is also decent enough to the point he will take the first hit really well against most bosses (Gogeta will one shot him with his normals without debuffs). I am interested in how this will affect strategy's and play's with this knowledge as now these character's are essentially win conditions even against a million attacks i can see LR AGL UI Goku be a lot more useful in the first slot and a lot more versatile as well.

TL;DR yes as seen in the video he is really good thing about his kit is that while he has a high chance to dodge (50% at the start of turn) he would gain 11% to both crits and dodge chance which is added to his 50% chance to dodge for each super he does in a given turn, so if he supers 3-4 times which is already built into his kit (a free one and one that require another category unit which both having a great chance to perform a super) per turn he would be at around 83%-94% dodge with 33%-44% crit chance, this is also added on to his super attack effect with it being a 50% attack buff for 11 turns

Alright call me crazy but, is Dyspo better than PHY Roses? Turn 5 he's already triple 13 ~ 15mil ATK almost guarantee crit, and he still continues going, while having like 83% dodge I know Roses can get to higher number but he ain't doing triple of that, his first few SA are like twice weaker than Dyspo normal

Yeah, he is the hardest scaling offensive character we have seen so far. He doesn't have the upfront power like cell max with his wonky team. But he does get there since he stacks for 11 turns which is his full potential. And it gets out of hand really fast because he can do 4 supers with relatively low hipo investment, just having 2 pulls of him would do the trick.

People saying 10:21 is a Raditz moment, but truly is a 'shoulda had full dodge on your Toppo moment'. Toppo if he didnt get stunned there would have allowed Dyspo to kill before he missed the dodge lol. Toppo taking 120k per normal because his damage reduction fell off truly shows how stupid a full crit build on him is lmao

This wasn’t a put dodge on your toppo moment, this was a classic case of dragon ball fans not being able to read. Dyspo just got hit for 1.4 million on a basic attack. Toppo ate a SUPER attack from that same boss in the same turn. It wouldn’t have mattered if toppo dodged it or not, because gogeta hit dyspo for more damage than the team had HP.
