I love ❤️ your channel so much! You are staying true to cleaning real rugs. So many now are fighting for the dirtiest rug that you can tell they are faking them now. You and lcc are my favourites but even he seems to be going the same way ☹️

Thank you Jane, We are a genuine and very busy rug cleaning and repair company so only make video's of genuine customer rugs. (with permission from the owner) Dirtying rugs for entertainment purposes is very entertaining but its not what we are about. ps... I do worry about when we do get a dirty rug in, that viewers will think we have moved over to the dark side. lol.

LCC shows the dusting process for some of his dirtiest rugs. I doubt very seriously that he is doing anything other than customer rugs.

@@BinkiBianca I didn't say he wasn't doing customers rugs but his last few seem to be muddier rugs than usual and getting like the rest of the fake ones. It's only my observation, as I said he is also one of my favourites because he does/did genuine rugs, To me the fake ones, all the dirt comes off straight away which to me suggests its fresh and just been added for effect and I don't like fake video's! Not sure why you are taking it personally. I'm allowed my own opinion.

I'm here with you Jane, I don't like the fake 'flooded' 'layed in a garden' or 'sewer' rug either. I like that there is some kind of variaty in dirtyness, so when there is a real dirty rug it's extra special 😁

This was so satisfying to watch just like all of your videos. So happy you educated us concerning viscose rugs. I have heard they were a different type of rug and challenging to clean but I never really understood why until now. You broke it down very well. Thank you!

Wow! I love a huge rug clean!! Looks like something from a stately home like Downton Abbey! Do they bring the rugs into you to clean? What do you do with them after? Think I’ve found my new obsession!!! 😊

Most rugs come through the door yes, some we collect and others come by post/courier. After they are washed, they are fully dried, they then go through a post inspection and if they pass they are Bagged then stored, ready for collection or return.

That was a dirty one! What would happen if that rug needed repair? Do you have to use viscose to repair it? Don't you wonder how someone thought up making artificial silk? Very interesting tutorial and really good video! Thanks for sharing this with us!💜💜💜

Thanks Anita, My wife does all the repairs, and yes if its a viscose rug we would use viscose to repair it. We have a few repair videos on our channel some where. Quite interesting for some. Yeah, who on earth thought cleaning and bleaching wood pulp would replace silk. lol.

What type of grooming brush did you use on the viscose at the end? I have a few viscose rugs to practice on before I start accepting them for business.

Horse hair brush i think its called. Super soft and very dense. Viscose cleaning is more about the drying. Get it dry super quick and you wont have as many problems. Good luck.
