Hey! Hope you enjoyed the edit. My Parkour Beginner Program is also built on a 5 level structure and Level 1 starts here: www.levelsmethod.com/takeoff?el=yt And if you've mastered the basics already, I think you'll enjoy the weekly tips in my newsletter :) www.levelsmethod.com/levelsletter?el=yt
Ja Moin! shoutout to Elis, Pasha, the trickers and all the other great athletes for making this compilation possible. And big shoutout to you Paul! The time and effort to collect such a huge compilation and presenting so many of these yourself is truly remarkable. And all of this for free, thank you.
Such a banger clip, well structured and well paced. There are lots of tricks I didn't even know they exist. Definitely I'm going to try some. I'm among those practitioners that can do tricks from more than 1 category, but can't say I'm at that certain level (e.g. I'm a beginner in tricking but I can do some advanced tricks)
A video ranking athletes would be fun! I've been into parkour for almost 21 years now, and I still don't think anyone really rivals David Belle when it comes to big hight drop technique.
Uuuuuuh, that could cause a fun shitstorm haha that one drop he did after manpower where he literally bounces off the ground is my favorite drop landing ever
Respect for all🫶🏼 But i want to special kudos to Jason. Because you won the AoM, you did Farang, you are a RedBull athlete, you are a variety of creations...and now , you are giving us all that you have developed over the course of your journey. You are great.Arigato🙏🏼
Well, That Did It Goddam It !..... I signed up for the newsletter. Don't worry I won't ever ask to borrow that shirt. lol Oh, and for the record.... I consider myself a seasoned beginner. I've been physically interacting with my environment my entire life. But as far as the "Hardcore Parkour" tricking goes. I'm not all that, with most of the rotations just yet. My air sense is still lacking.
Is a corner thread palmspin really that similar to a wallspin?! I learnt the thread easily recently, and would love to wallspin, but it seems soo much harder and scarier. Lovely video.
Rate me as an athlete 😂 im genuinely interested 18 years of bsck catalogue and this video made me happy against i.poster syndrome 😂😂 as i feel i have attempted or done atleast 70 percent of these 😂😂 keep it up!
Man, you are definitely a specimen to study! Is your knee all good again after the tsuk on Sweden? Just watched your return video and it was very fun. Loved the wallspin into gainer!
@TheJasonPaul thank you brother! It was my shin snapped all recovered got backflip after 99 days 😂😂 going back to stick that tsuk just need to convince dom to fly out with me 😂😂 just trying to get past the little mental barriers post injury but coming along great!!
you could put them in the Beginner section as a standalone trick, because obviously the difficulty depends almost completely on the scale and context :)
If only i could do one cool trick i cant even do a front handspring i am only 10 though but i cant practice because my backyard has bumps in the grass and my teacher dont like when i climb and i got new cool shoes but there to big on me
😁 the way I categorized it was basic flips in intermediate, inwards and twists in advance, additional variations and double twists in expert, anything on top of that, super intense, high risk or double flips in mader
Y'all look like break dancers. How does music play into Parkour? All the best clips have perfect song selection and then breaks for dramatic effect. Does music help y'all move?
During practice it's much less central than in breaking. Usually you just play some tunes to set the general vibe of the session. But in video editing it plays a big role and most movements are meticulously edited to the beat.
I'm sure most "old skool" PK practitioners would likely agree (even after practicing such awesome movements).. 99.8976324% 🤣 shown would come under 'Free Running', 'Urban Acrobatics/Gymnastics', and/or '(Break)Dancing/WallFighting With Obstacles' 😂 Either way, names do not truly matter.. as with Martial Arts, tis all movement & great for spacial awareness, creativity & self confidence.. seemingly practical or not.. train hard & have fun my ninjas! 🥷🏿
