Gorgeous! Love the wallpaper, but I do agree with Borja about little boys and wallpaper, panelling would have been a more practical choice but either would be stunning aesthetically.

This is truly the house of my dreams. I've passed the building hundreds of times over the years and daydreamed about owning it. I love what they are doing to the property.

When we put up wallpaper, tend to paint the walls where the seams will be, the background of the wallpaper then if there’s a small gap it won’t be noticeable as much. Beautiful room

Did U have panelling or not, difficult to tell. I like panelling, U can always paint over panelling whereas U would have to start again from scratch with wallpaper

HGTV US could take a page out of HGTV UK's book and follow a remodel like this rather than do one of episodes.

I’ve just watched this show for the first time on HGTV and it will be my last. I’ve never met a ruder man than Dean. His constant criticism of Borja is horrible. He had to inspect the ONE box he was allowed to keep in storage and the painting he did out of love was criticized rudely in front of his mother. This is not a loving partnership nor a house to share. What a boor and a bully of a man.
