CANNOT wait to get my TRX in a year or so. I am getting one. I won't change much with this truck, but it won't be my daily, so I could mod it but I love the TRX as it is now. I get the need to change things, every truck I've owned I've always done mods and such.
I remember years ago the world would tell me a crown Vic was too heavy to make fast now you got people with a 6,700 lb truck trying to make it go fast my have times changed
Nice setup! Would love to see a 376 and a 427 paired with the 3.8 Whipple! On a side note, I hope the owner enjoys replacing CV axles… those angles are awful. (Starting at 4:37).
@@17s550 I actually meant the LMR version of the TRX. The Raptor R is cool but only beats the stock TRX in some roll races (destroyed from a dig) and costs $25,000+ more. My neighbor is a lifelong Ford nut and wanted to get one but the dealerships here are asking in the $150,000 range with a very long wait. I'm a Corvette and motorcycle guy myself but Chevy doesn't even have a comparable truck for me to cheer on. ;-)
@@17s550 it would be if it wasn't locked down like all the other new ford's. I bleed blue but ford's newest stuff isn't ideal for anyone that wants to mod.
