This 'house' reminds me of an army mess or even worse, a Sarkari Bangla'. obviously, it is old school design and seems like unnecessarily built huge just for the sake of it. I can see why it is on the market - the owner probably doesn't know why he bought it ! I'm not sure why you do not want to share the price of the house but Noida has stunning apartments & villas that offer far far better designs and workmanship in the Rs 5-8cr range. I want to buy a house that's about me, not being in Japee Greens ! Well thank you for your passionate showing and good luck.

In 35 crores, the entire villa construction, interior, furnitures are lower than 3rd class. U better buy a land parcel of 1000 sq yard, and make ur own villa with top class material. Will cost hardly 4cr. Someone who will buy 35 cr villa will keep atleast 3 luxury cars. No covered garage??? Strange. Over priced..

True, japee greens is a good place to live but spending 35cr is not at all worth it. Once can easily get a good farm in dlf or ansal farms near chattarpur and it is much more luxurious.

hey bhawgan noida mein rakshas ghum rhe hai 35 cr for villa and that in Noida abe itne mein chankyapuri mein jo limited bunglow hote hai delhi mein wo mil jayenge with great interiors

The owner of this property has an absolutely tacky sense of style and has completely ruined the whole space with that tacky wall paint and the kind of doors and woodwork befitting an old govt. office. What a waste!
