You can change the colors of everything manually with 3d paint. If you unzip the file you should be able to edit the png files for the stuff you want to change.

It's made for Java, but I think you can convert it to work with bedrock if you follow this guide: texture-packs.com/how-to-convert-java-packs-to-mcpe-and-bedrock/
