​@@user-bp7hz9bt2u About the beginner part: You might wanna start with something shorter, 80 min nonstop exercise is bound to make a beginner sore all over for the next few days. Gradually build up to it. As to the obese part: it's already low impact but to be even safer; whenever you see a jogging or rope skipping motion, walk instead. Don't go deep during lunge/squat motions, keep it minimal. Sidestep instead of rollerskate. That way your knee and hip joints won't come under much stress.

We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ru-vid.comUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

I managed to do full workout 1 hour and 24 mins. Here is my results: Distance - 7.83 km Calories burned - 829 kcal Steps - 10138 I want to say thank you for this full 10000 steps video. Now i have a video where i can do 10k steps without leaving my daughter. Thank you so much!

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. ru-vid.comUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Full workout 1 hour 23 min 175cm, 53kg Steps: 9843 Distance: 9.45 km Average pace: 8'48''/km Active kcal: 449 Total kcal(burned): 549 If I do it twice a day, I can burn 1000 calories. But I don't have the strength to do that. I feel like there are flames coming out from under my feet. Thanks a lot ❤

Thanks for the workout! I have fulfilled it completely. It was easy, but at the same time I burned 620 calories (height 168 cm, weight 110 kg). Now I will perform your other workouts🙂

I tried this today but could only do 5400 steps cuz i already workout out and walked 9k steps today. I burnt 300 active calories and 361 total calories. Im 59kg 158cm. Might be helpful info for someone 💪🏻💪🏻

Day 1: 1600 steps Day 2: 3600 steps Day 3: 4000 steps. Hope to keep this going.. Best workout ever. And the step counter is a great motivator. I am also following a healthy diet along with this and believe it or not my jeans which was tight last week is fitting well now. Thanks a lot Yana ma'am😄😄😄

​@@msrehana23 you burn near 70 cals for every km you do 1kg=1km when you lose weight it goes down accordingly All in all i agree that walking is the best excersise to lose fat because you can stick to it every day

Finally finished! I'm 5'6' weight 65 kgs and I burnt 473 active calories (602 total) for anybody who wants to figure :) But I took an extra break and added weights to the workout.

@@dudukaya-sezen5507 active calories are calories burned ONLY from exercising. total calories include your active calories, but also your BMR (basal metabolic rate), i.e. the calories you burn by just existing :)
