Usually I eat normal amounts of mostly healthy food but since I have a really big appetite sometimes (once every two to three months) I decide to just honor that appetite for a day and eat as much as I want and whatever I want.
This time I unintentionally finished the 10000kcal challenge. I didn‘t set a ‘‘calorie-goal‘‘ but as I noticed how close I had come I decided to go all the way.
I usually gain about 4 pounds on my cheatdays which is mostly water weight and gone after a few days of normal eating:

I don't have binge eating disorder and I don't purge. I'm able to stop at any time, I don't feel guilty for eating and I enjoy it.
