Tips:
1. Know your trigger food.
2. Don't skip meals
3. If you're trying to restrict and that only leads to over eating, maybe that strategy isn't for you.
4. Eat on a smaller plates
5. Reduce stress
6. Have a journal
7. Eat slowly
8. drink more water
9. Lastly tell someone about your ed. (optional)

You can cut cheese or replace it with cottage cheese or low fat cheeses

Proud of youuu. I also ate a lot more this weekend to commemorate 50 days of being binge free (with the exception of a couple times of eating a bit too much of my trigger foods). The best tips for me so far have been tracking everything and knowing trigger foods and trigger situations

When i watch movies or Netflix, i can eat 2 packs of chips or a box of ice cream it's a very bad habit😞

Haha i've been binging on "healthier" options for 3 days now. I'm not sure the calories bc i only have uncontrollable binging desire. I have to skip meals bc i snack too much, even if it's "healthy" And i'm not kidding when i say it's a desire or obsession, i mean it. I'm literally going crazy now, i'm locked up in my room, feeling guilty and dirty bc i just binged, again. I search up healthy fast food and realize it just makes me crave real fast food even more. I just want to go out to the fridge and eat now, i'm hurting myself, my whole body is shaking, esp my legs, i'm literally fucking crying rn. I just want to eat around 2000 calorie, WHY IS THAT SO DIFFICULT, WHY IS IT SO UNFAIR THAT OTHERS CAN EAT NORMALLY AND I CANT, WHY AM I SEEMINGLY THE ONLY PIG IN THE WORLD, JUST WHYY????

@Sheela Narayanan yeyyyy, its nice to know im not alone. Im better now, i just binged all day on real fast food and i think the crave just settled down. You too, mate. Whenever you feel stressed, just come to vent with me, i will listen to it and hopefully can comfort you:))) if our state just became soooo bad and we need to talk more, i will gladly know your other social media and we can be friends there. We can do it✊✊you, me, and everyone who is struggling with their eating patterns, mental states or self worth:>

i suggest to close your eyes when u eat, it helps you feel the deliciousness of food and you tend to eat slowly

I just randomly found this video But i really hope i can stop binging, i have gained some weight cuz of that. Its always my mom fault, she is feeding me with so much food. I dont really like it. I judt wanna lose more weight, like i wanna feel skinny. Idc what my friends say cuz i now they are lying. I am not skinny, yet. Im gonna try to restrict again and hopefully lose weight until school starts. If I havnt reached my gw until school start i am not gonna go with them on camping...like it not gonna happen. I just wish that this toxic mindset can disapare...i really do Its very tiering...all day i think about food and how my body looks like :/ *not good at english, so i hope you understand anyways"
