I'd say it could be. Regardless they have two different rings, the evo is really good for drag and obviously born in rally. The corvette even stock will struggle to put all of its power to the ground. Around a circuit a severely under-powered vette will beat pretty much anything they just corner so damn hard and they're still really fast.

+TheAirsoftDude well you also have to take into account the vette is rearwheel drive with anything over 500hp even with a ton of suspension mods its still going to break loose vs the Evo witch has all wheel drive with a 70/30 split on power distribution its alot easier to put that power down with out losing traction. but i love both of these monsters they are simply badass.
