A range test to check the electric only capabilities of my system, and in particular - the battery! No pedalling, only throttle is used and a lazy ride it was... messed up my plans for a workout! Anyway... the 11Ah 52v battery really surprised me though, as I wasn't expecting quite so much out of it, at least not at my weight!

No BMS in the battery yet, but I am using an external balancer on every charge: s.click.aliexp...
Currently relying on the controller to cut off the battery when it gets low, and it is working rather well!

Turned my bike into a GT E idrive 1000w motor 21 ah battery does 60km top speed get about 145km range more if peddle abit more..60km just throttle. Love it.

60km with throttle only and no pedalling? Well... sounds about right for 21Ah battery I guess! What voltage is that?

Почти същият резултат вчера при теста на една 11 ампч.16 s lifepo4 батерия с 800 ватов двигател на 48 волта . На 45-тия км бмс изключи мотора :)

Pretty cool set up man 👍‍I have a 750w mid-drive on mine, love it. Also own a 1500w hub as well, only thing I don't like about it, it sucks on climbs lol other than that pretty good hub. Stay safe brother 👊‍

this is useful, but im not sure how to engage it now, i wanted to go full petal assistance bike that can give me a range of 100 miles (or 160.934 km) per battery life at a consistent rate of 30 (~48km) to 40 (~64km) miles per hour (on petal assist mode) I have to make 2 bikes into DIY Ebikes, one bike i already own bike (sirdar s-900 mountain bike), while the other bike is not known yet (because i havent found one at the right price/requirement for making the Ebike i desire) would be helpful if you can give me some insight on what i should get

Well if you need that kind of speed I'd suggest picking up a higher voltage kit, perhaps a 60v one would give you the speed range you need, and you will need a decent size battery to get that range too!

@@masterarselyn6470 If you are looking for 64km/h... a 60v system should be sufficient, I hope! That means also using a 60v battery! If you want a 72v battery you will need to get a 72v system.

@@masterarselyn6470 You can use a 72v battery with a 60v hub motor, but you need a 72v controller for sure! Easiest thing would be to get either a complete 60v or 72v system and pair it with the corresponding voltage battery.
