Said hello to an old friend today, as Teri Pridgen, whom I’d been working with during her freshman year, came today for her first hurdling session in three years. Kinda picked up where we left off! Got over 27’s for most of the workout before raising them to 30 for the last few reps. She looked great and I’m eager to see her continued progress.
