This interview is awesome, but did you catch the webinar? They are humble and share some valuable knowledge. They answered some questions and they skipped the hoopla of, "I have a Lamborghini. It was easy. Don't you want one, too?". I hate that stuff. I actually believe them about what they can offer.

Yes. Glad to hear you say that. It's crazy to me when drivers bash dispatchers for having it better. It's all about the choices you make and if you make the wrong choice you can choose to fix it.

Im new to the industry after a 20yr Paramedic career. Just got with broker 2 weeks ago as an agent, got them approved for DOD two days ago, I will start making bids in next week or so on all military freight throughout the US keeping 65/35 split.

They are getting a lot of freight from brokers which there's nothing wrong with but just be transparent and honest so anyone trying to learn can approach it accordingly
Incredible interviews an incredible concept. Unfortunately, you need to handle your microphones, record them hot and then normalize them so that everyone can hear what’s being said throughout the episode. Audio unfortunately is really poor.

They prefer owner ops over dispatchers and everything they said tells me they dealing only with either owner ops or super small carriers. There's NO WAY they are doing enough volume to bring in $100k NET in one month when they're just dealing with one truck here one truck there. With the money they're claiming they should be running multiple dedicated lanes with carriers that can handle 10-50 loads/week so just straight volume over and over. Large direct customers who regularly ship hundreds of loads per week. Not one load of this and that here and there. There's nothing wrong with what they're doing except for the fact they're being somewhat misleading. The owner of this channel needs to start verifying sh*t otherwise the lames that come on here WILL lie straight to your face without hesitation. Just represent honestly and we'll respect that but everyone feels the need to look bigger and badder
Lol man not trying to hate but I'm seriously doubtful these two possess the book of business they claim to possess. Mr Woot Woot Woot does not have the words or verbiage you'd expect from someone who's consistently bringing in high volume direct business. There's something else going on here, just not sure what it is
