You asked some very good questions. She shared almost her complete business motto without hesitancy. I love people like this, she doesn't worry about anybody taking her ideas bc she realizes what is for her is for her. She is going to be even more successful and I wish her the best. Actually, I need to reach out to her to find out if I can become an agent for her
I wish I could give this interview a million likes. It was so interesting and so informative. Excellent questions from him and amazing transparency from her.
She has a very honest, generous and sweet spirit. What a wonderful person. I knew it. It is a God thing. She is a loving God and loving neighborhood. She can see the difference between guests that just want to sell courses versus a person like her who genuinely wants to help people.
Every time I listen in I learn something new, I’m motivated in a new way to explore many options in this arena. Blessings to everyone that has a hand in making it happen.
Bro you interview skills are crazy King. This my second video I have watch and all I do is drive and study. Bro it's like you take the thoughts out of my head and ask the questions.
I'm sending this video to my best friend Princess Gant !! She's extremely intelligent as well just like this dispatcher....Great video 📸📸 Blessings to you!!
Many reasons I respect you my brother this interview is just a testament highlighting out people doing things even if it’s not the BIGGEST God Bless her and her business
I just submitted my app. I have 13+ years as CSR, I worked as a Train Coordinator on a railroad for 2.5 year in logistics; so I familiar with hazmat paperwork how it should be to have loads accepted in port and railroad, some DOT regulations with hours driving, and weight. I’ve worked at home for more than a year.
You submitted to be on her Dispatcher team? I was wondering if they had said that in the podcast how to apply to be on her team so I can grow as a dispatcher as well first and then progress.. if you can share that would be awesome thanks love ❤️
@@deedysjourney yeah the day I saw this I went to the site and signed up still been waiting to get in. I have my fingers crossed 🤞🏽 that it opens up for us but who knows how long that list is! We will have already started our journey to becoming successful through Dispatching by the time it does open up 🤷🏽♀️
Great Show Again, Currently Doing exactly what This Young Lady is talking about. It is Hard and Make you want to give up. So, Please 🥺🥺 help. I just Stop, and Listening to Podcast/RU-vid University.
Wow she definitely took the hardest route to get where she wanted to go. You got to know as much as you can before you jump in my opinion. Because what you don't know can cost you big time.
As a broker freight agent, you can sign on to a brokerage as an agent without needing your own broker's authority. It's important to do your due diligence before commenting. Plus, he wouldn't interview anyone about illegal practices and post it on his platform !!!
A lot of great info, but the title is a bit misleading. She's dispatching, not brokering. If she is brokering loads from load boards, thats double brokering which is basically frowned upon/illegal.
@@gcode2010 brokers post the loads with their fees already included right? So if you're another broker tacking your fee on top of that, and then selling the load to a carrier, isn't that double brokering? 🤔 I was simply confused by the title of the video because you can't call yourself a broker without proper authority.
@@sabrinaharris I'm about to take my brokers training course cause this just confused me I see why you would say double brokering but I'm confused myself
Hell destiny I need a mentor for become a freight dispatcher. I am taken the dispatching course now. RU-vid is and course is great, but need to be able speak with some to guide me on this journey. Oh I also worked for Bank of America doing as mortgage consultant rep. If you can mentor me it would be a blessing
for the personal cars does anyone know if she provides insurance for their car or do they have to have their own full coverage, do u need cargo insurance for this as a company owner for car transport. how can u make sure if u get an accident or cargo gets lost you are covered.
Hi, I’m no longer with Trinity but when I was, making a profit was easy. Just negotiate higher rates with the customers. This was almost 3-4 years ago when shippers weren’t low balling. Also, the expenses are extremely low as an freight agent. There’s no overhead because the Broker you work under handles all the costs of systems.
We know that! Been in the industry long enough to know the difference. On this interview, I talked about multiple opportunities. Freight Agent, Dispatching, and Courier.
@@DestinyWayLogisticshis title is misleading. That’s why a lot of dispatchers came in with the wrong idea acting like brokers. Glad they are slowing dying out- dispatchers that is
@@LynnUnfiltered His title isn’t misleading by far. It’s referring to brokering freight as a freight agent under a 3PL. Nothing to do with dispatching. Honestly, some dispatchers are making more money than brokers and agents if you ask me. I don’t think dispatchers are dying, I believe the dispatchers that started with no knowledge and thought it would be easy to get rich are not operating but those who studied the business and partnered with good carriers and fleet owners are still around.
@@DestinyWayLogistics now I see why you’re getting the heat. The 1st time a real broker reads that Destiny it will appear as if you can broker freight without a MC. Not thinking of being an agent. Hopefully you understand that. Someone would have to listen to the video to get it. Like I said the title is misleading until watched.
@@DestinyWayLogistics you’re wrong if you think a dispatcher make more money than my brokerage 😂 I have agents under me which I get 40% off all of them and I keep every dime of my own. You’re promoting dispatchers because you sell the course. They ARE dying off bc drivers are getting smart by dispatching themselves. Just wait and see; plus load boards are pure trash right now they cannot afford to pay inexperienced dispatchers 10% they are closing shop!!! A driver can run off and never pay the dispatcher all while broker collects all their money and pay the driver. If a dispatcher lose their carriers it’s over for them until they beg more carriers to give them a shot. A broker has freight we move it everyday bc dispatchers and brokers need us..Are you sure you’re experienced?
How are these "agents" moving loads under her business without her or anyone having legal authority to move loads? If there's an accident or other legal problem, she is libel because she doesn't have $75K worth of insurance and she isn't registered with the FMCSA. There are legal requirements to moving loads. Like a real estate "agent" can not sell real estate unless they are working under a real estate broker. And real estate "agents" can't hire more "agents" to work under an "agent" because that "agent" isn't legally authorized to sell real estate. The same is true of load brokering and load "agents" and dispatchers. They have to work under an legally authorized entity.
You must not have watched the full video before responding! Did you miss the part about partnering with real brokerages such as Trinity Logistics, Landstar, Priority1, etc.??? It’s not illegal if the broker allows you to build a team(sales agents) and allow them to move loads on their behalf. I have my own agency under their authority! It’s not illegal hun… do your research.
@@DestinyWayLogistics TO MOVE FREIGHT YOU MUST HAVE A BROKER MC AUTHORITY OR HAVE A CARRIER MC AUTHORITY! Anything else is illegal. FMCSA law and regulation. No contract or other agreements gives anyone the legal authority to move freight! THAT IS THE LAW!!
Why she have to exaggerate and lie I don't believe her didn't hear nothing about freight brokerage getting your score from not rated to a rated broker score for carriers to take loads with you every broker know as myself it's Nota fly by night its a challenge anyway she lying
