But if we can't at least reach 9.99 and below, we are basically nobodies. Maybe you got potential if you attain 10.2's when you're in high school, but if you don't reach the magic 9 at your twenties, even sponsor ships are rare. Dang, I remember when I looked like this. We all did at some point. I run sub 12 now, still have a long way to go, but you’ll get there and we’ll get faster together.

@@rockey108dog idk how to explain but it you just watch Usain Bolt or someone you notice at the start yiu place your feet quite wide and yiu make really long strides but during like 50m-100m of the race yiu knees get higher and your feet are placed in the middle of the lane and your back is straight
I run it in 10.5 seconds, but it’s practice keep going my guy . You’ll become faster than the people you ran , also always run with people faster than you eventually get faster than them . And don’t skip a day of practice at least show up in the field even if you’re sick .

i’m a distance runner, my 100 is 12.9 but i don’t use spikes or blocks cause idk how lmfao. my mile is 5:20 and 800m is 2:15. i don’t have a 200 time trial but i’d love to try it cause it’s fun to run during practice

Hoyt Sigman Idk. This video was taken actually exactly 2 years ago today when I was a freshman. I was slow back then. I’m much faster now. My PR now is 12.7 as a junior. If I had to guess I’d say the guy in front ran an 11 or 12 something.

On top of learning to relax 2.2 times more into proper structure than he demonstrated here, Mike needs to exclusively breathe via the nose instead of through the mouth like all subhumans aka intellectuals. These two things should optimize his recovery and growth rate to the point or making him 30% faster in about a month at his young age.
