Zhanle Pan breaks the world record in the 100m freestyle on the leadoff leg of the 4 by 100m freestyle relay. The new mark is set at 46.80 and improves David Popovici's mark by 0.06 seconds.
Not Asians, just China. But now China does give hope to all Asians that even Asians can compete in every category including swimming. Before China becoming a power house in sports, Asian mentality was, "Oh, we can never beat the west in any sports or swimming". (Now Monkey see, Monkey do) 😁😁 China is the inspiration for Asia. 😉😉
how do you feel now that the 23 swimmers from China were doped and WADA swept it under the rug? Whether the athletes knew or not, they still had drugs in their system
@@robertoq222That’s how jealous racists like you would react. Does not surprise me at all. Pan was called up for both urine test and blood test and he cleared both. He won it fair and square. I always thought westerners believe one is clean until proven otherwise. Does this rule apply to Chinese winners still? If Caleb Dressel wins instead, will you also assume he is on drugs, or he is all clean without a doubt?
@@robertoq222 Your slander cannot change the achievements of the Chinese. Believe me: the Chinese will defeat the arrogance of Westerners in all fields, not just sports. In the future, there will be more and more things that make Westerners despair.

I see some Westerners slandering the achievements of Chinese athletes. Your slanders cannot change the achievements of the Chinese. Believe me: the Chinese will defeat the arrogance of Westerners in all fields, not just sports. Things that make Westerners despair will become more and more serious in the future. Come more and more.
I believe that in the 2024 Olympics, the U.S. swimming team will have its worst performance in history. They may not win gold medals in all the swimming events they have dominated in the past. 100m/200m Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Backstroke?
The Chinese duo are very young, surprisingly young, and they are far from reaching their peak. They are 26 years old, 19 years old, 18 years old, and 16 years old respectively. The development of yellow people is 2-3 years slower than that of white and black people. The average age of the three young athletes is less than 18 years old, and their physiological status is equivalent to that of white and black people at the age of 16. The record breaking player "Pan Zhanle" is 19 years old, and is about the same level of development as the previous record holder, or there may be a very exciting competition in the future.
Heelo, be careful. "Yellow race" is disparaging. It is a colonial hangover at discrimination. Look at em - they aren yellow ( Jaundice) , but they tan easily cos of melanin. Many are whiter than the " white" race, esp in Northern China.
The commentator was clearly sleeping on her job. A world record had been broken right in fromt of her eyes and she was not aware of it. How amateur could a commentator get? Amazing
He doesn't have to live up to any hype. All the has to do is get back to his 2022 form and he's gonna own the 200m and at least medal in the 100m. Whether he can get back to his former self is to be seen, but hardly OVER.
They are almost all 2m tall. I see fat on their body... This sport is changing a lot... Maybe 1 day we will see a 1.70m slim person with huge hands and feet and athletic... This day... This sport will change again... Bit tall people will always have a big advantage in such sports (in general).
Growing up in the 1980s, the chinese were short and weak in almost any competitions. Now, they are just as big as the wht folks. I’m Chinese and still stuck in my small 5’8” frame.
Australia hasnt brought its A team to these Championships. Considering our small population we usually do well. Australia is down here on the map with the Asian countries so count us on your side. Swimmers from all over the world come here to train under Aussie coaches including top Asian competitors. Strange how little mention Australia gets inthe press.
