Hi and thank u so, so much for the free reciepe, shared for many to benefit from ur wealth of knowledge. Just came across it now. Pls I have a normal home "gas cooker oven" that can take just a tray of 12 cupcakes at time. My question is, if i use this reciepe and I bake each 12 cupcakes at a time, that is one tray after other till the batter finishes, will the hours the batter stay on my kitchen counter before I finish affect the texture or out come of the cupcakes? PLEASE, ur response will be highly appreciated for a "baking beginner" like me. Lol & thanks.Thanks 😍😘🤗
