This is the only vanilla cupcakes recipe you will need. The texture is light, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth good. These cupcakes are super easy to make. We love these with our Cupcake Frosting.

I tried so many recipes of cupcakes, I didn't really like it, so I gave up on them, but recently my little daughter asked for a cupcakes, so Natasha's video came up and I gave myself another chance. People!!! You won't believe! They turn out SO DELICIOUS! I add only 1 cup of icing sugar to the frosting and it was still sweet enough to my taste. I can't express how delicious they are, better than a cake!!! If you are looking for a good recipe, stop here, I don't think you can find better one . Good job Natasha and thank you SO MUCH! If you don’t have buttermilk you can just add a bit less than half a cup of milk with about a teaspoon of lemon juice, mix and let it sit for 5 minutes... Viòla!

The recipe, from the cupcake batter to the cupcake frosting was absolutely easy and delicious! I’ve made it twice now and the only adjustment I made, because I’m not a fan of super sweet frosting, is add 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar instead of 2 cups like the recipe asks.🙂

I made cupcakes for the first time and they came out so so good. They were light and buttery and literally melting in our mouth. I put chocochips in half of the cupcakes and they tasted so so good. I also used normal milk instead of buttermilk and the cupcakes turned out just fine. Best recipe ever!

I made these yesterday! I liked that the frosting wasn't too sweet. The frosting did come out a little thin though (but It's winter here in Australia and I had my heating on, so that may be why?). Overall, they were delicious. I ate them with some hot English breakfast tea! I think this will be my go-to vanilla cupcake recipe from now on. I made these cupcakes yesterday and they are literally the best cupcakes I have EVER made. Thank you so much for this. Only thing I struggled with was the the cream cheese vanilla frosting. It was still quick liquidy when I made it, even after putting in in fridge for a while so I couldn't pipe well, not sure if I didn't beat the whip cream enough or I may need to add more icing sugar. But either way stil the best cupcakes I made.

@@Natashaskitchen I just did thank you! it turned out amazing! but i had one problem the top was just right and if i left it in the oven for longer the top would burn and the middle was under cooked what was i suposed to do?

Thank you for another great recipe! I just made them, and they’re soft, moist & fluffy. They’re not too sweet and just the perfect amount of vanilla. I cannot wait to try them with the frosting 🧁 ☺️ I didn’t have buttermilk, so I made my own. I used 1/2 cup of whole milk & 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, let it rest for 20 mins and then it was ready to use.

Thank you so much Natasha. My first time making cupcakes. My cupcakes tastes wonderful. I baked them at midnight while my children were sleeping. Done at 1AM. They tasted so good that I couldn’t resist but eat non stop 5 mini cup cakes. I feel both guilty and satisfied at the same time. They had a little bit more salt than normal cupcakes but I like them like that. I will try not to eat all my children's cup cakes tonight. :P I’m sure my kids will be very happy tomorrow when they wake up. Thank you. All of your recipes that I've tried are great!!!!

For one egg replacement u can put 1/4 cup curd So how many ever they are putting eggs u put as many cups of curd that would be perfect
