Marty, have you put some kind of handle to the stick? I find it quite tedious to hold the weight for longer more than a few minutes at a time...

@@StreetRiver No handle, just the stick. I'm using the carbon fiber version which is very light, so I have no problems holding it for as long as needed.

As of my stress test of Nikola Plus, it is really sucks, the temperature goes up very fast. And gotway set the max temperature so early. I think gotway have no confidence of quality of Nikola.

The best mountain climber ever made is the Gotway MCM5. It has climbed trails which are impossible with any other wheel.

Marty, thanks a lot for range test. Appreciate it. Would you still recommend to buy Nikola plus today in 2021 or there is any other wheel with similar characteristics and reliability? I'm currently riding my Inmotion V10f but would like to get a bit more powerfull wheel with better range. RS could be a candidate but I'm not sure how long hollow motor is going to last.

I've been riding my Nikola this week - it's still a great wheel and has its place. There are so many nice wheels to pick from right now. My current all-around favorite wheel is the Sherman

I checked your gear on Amazon, helmets in particular. I wonder if it does not feel heavy to your head for so long riding on unicycle. Tell me how you feel about that 3-4 pounds weight?

The helmet was a little heavy when I first started wearing it, but over time my neck muscles must have adjusted because now I never think about the weight. I love this Scorpion helmet.

It's not as good as some, but it works great for me. Better than the MSX type but not as nice as the KingSong version. Still, a very serviceable handle for walking the wheel, assuming that you're not 6'5"

Can anyone help me out here... My Nikola plus stopped showing the blue tooth option to connect to MUSIC. I can connect my wheel with blue tooth but no music is showing up.

The Nikola sound module has its own Bluetooth board. It may have failed.

Would u say this would get more mileage than the gotway monster v3 84v 2400wh? Can't decide between both wheels, I like going fast prob 30 to 40km/h but also scared of wobbles idk what wheel would be best

Absolutely no wheel has more range than that Monster. Riding at substantially higher speeds I get over 65-miles on the Monster. It's just about impossible to get wobbles on the Monster. It's the most stable wheel ever made.

@@ElectricUnicycles perf ty so much, been watching a lot of your vids, good info, going to order the v3 84v 2400wh next week, was looking to order from Ewheels but not sure sent 2 messages and never got reply, still waiting to see want to make sure and get a good vendor for that ammount, thanks for feedback, btw your monster is the 84v and not 100v right? Not sure beween both but 84v less power more range I think, should still have a good speed regardless, I have a ninebot one e plus and only get 22km/h lol if I can get 35 to 40km/h Id be happy

@@70axels70 Keep trying EWheels. Strange that Jason hasn't gotten back to you. Yeah, I have the very first Monster, the 84-volt version. The only real reason to go with the 100-volt version is if you want to go 60km/h. But you'll get a lot less range (smaller battery). The 84-volt Monster easily cruises at 25-mph without even trying. It's a perfect no-stress cruising speed for the Monster.

Question, I haven't been able to drain my batt yet, it has so much range, I have the 100v 21700 cells 1800wh nikola plus, just a question, I'm using euc world app and disabled the tiltback and speed alarm, when does this wheel start to lose power, if I get lower than 20% will it automatically tilt me back even if its disabled or would I do 40km/h and the wheel might randonly cut off and I wouldnt know when, I managed to bring it to 20% and when I go fast the % dips down to like 7% but when I slow down goes back to 20, does that mean if it hits 0 the wheel shuts off? Just want to know for safety, thanks

When you disable tiltback (as I and many people do) the Gotway wheel will only tiltback when the battery is down to ~2% battery. Basically, it never tiltbacks. Instead, you must listen to the 3rd alarm (which is impossible to disable). When you hear it, slow down until the beeping stops. Then you'll be good. At 20% you can still safely go ~25mph, but obviously don't push it (hard accelerations), instead gently accelerate. The wheel will not "randomly cut off" (unless there's a hardware failure, which is extremely rare). Cut off's only occur because people keep pushing the wheel after the 3rd alarm has started beeping. As long as you ride such that you never hear the 3rd alarm (or you only hear it briefly) you can rest easy about cut outs. The only time you'll see the battery drop to something like 0 is when you are below 15% no-load battery, and I guarantee you won't be going fast at that point. Below 15% the Gotway low-battery alarm starts sounding when you exceed the safe speed. The safe speed keeps decreasing until when you're at ~2% battery you'll be riding at 4-mph to keep the beeper from beeping. Below 2% the pedals will start to slowly tilt-back. When you reach ~0% the pedals will be tilted back so much, you can't ride. I believe I show that at the end of this video.

@@ElectricUnicycles yes I watched the whole vid, ty so much, so one last thing the 3rd alarm, I've already tried pushing to see and 50 to 55km/h no beeping but at 55 I hear beeping, I've never gone above 56 and as soon as I heard the beep I slowed right away, I wouldn't drive this speed, normally around 35 to 40km/h but the 55 is indication of 3rd alarm based on the Nikola or would it be me that set the alarm in wuc world and thats why its beeping at 55, altho I think its maxed at 80 or 100 so guessing thats the internal 3 alarm for safety, so as long I don't push more I'm ok going below that speed, and if I ride 10% batt and try and go fast even if the "app shows 0%" I'm ok as long I dont hear beeping and like u said it wont let me go fast, and I had a 9bot before and I know what happens when you overforce the motor lol so I accelerate slow and never force a tiltback pedal

@@70axels70 The beeper is not controlled by EUC World. So if you hear a beep, beep beep, beep, etc. it's coming from the control board and is the 3rd alarm. 55km/h sounds about right where you may start hearing the beeping. And the value will change as the battery level drops, like I said above. Your typical 35 to 40 km/h speed matches my riding style. I NEVER hear the 3rd alarm. In practical terms, I only hear the Gotway beeper when I turn it on and if I drop below 15% battery. So you're good. Ride safe and have fun :-)

@@TheMarkAvreliy I'm not sure about his weight...must be something like 75kg...so if like me you are more around 65 it would mean more than 100km. Personally I prefer to stay between 20 and 80 pct to increase the battery life. Hopefully you will be riding them in 20 years if they are not totally banned due to I'll informed people that want to ban them or the people ride like idiot's that ruin it for everyone else. Just look at other countries that don't allow them. Hope it never comes to that
