Precisely, the point was that Amell had the honor of showing up in all the pilots of the arrowverse (SUpergirl aside due to that show's unique circumstances). But then again, it IS the "Arrowverse" for a reason, so all the main shows have to have some connection to Arrow.

Faaris Yakub It's just so campy and ridiculous. Plus I can't stand Sara Lance. She just makes the show that much worse.

Mostly because it is the laziest and most ridiculous writing out there. Most of the shows rely on them doing anything other than operating as a team or even with a plan. They literally defeated Savage in the first episode and let him go because they were complete buffoons.

I don't think anybody hates it, but I do think not enough people watch this show.

It's a great fun adventure show, love it!

And indeed, originally Ronny Raymond was the heroic teenager who wanted to help people, while Martin Stein was a very knowledgeable professor who actually understood the formulas for various inorganic compounds and was therefore the key to actually using the powers of Firestorm. That is the whole reason why the character made sense as a combination of two people. There was a brief period of firestorm as a fire elemental but it didn't last, nor was it particularly interesting. If I'm going to have merely a character who can wield fire, I'll take Sun Boy from the Legion of Superheroes every time.
