My college roommate was from Cleveland & interned at WMMS in the late 70's. He had all the "Buzzard" merchandise which was a mystery to us Boston kids. He also blasted the dorm floor with heady doses of Ian Hunter, Mott, Nils Lofgren, Todd Rundgren, and so many others.
Remember folks.. WNCR was first in Cleveland.. MMS came later.. remember the last song at the end of the night NCR ?? maggot Brain?? Billy Bass?
