Looking at movie teasers like this one always fuels my anemoia. Being born in 2004 and watching them give me a bit of an idea of what it'd be like to live in that particular year.
It’s clever that they could film this teaser without Glenn Close doing any filming. The clip of Cruella laughing is from the first film and the other shots are clearly a body double.
They played this exact trailer before Toy Story 2. My brother and I almost had to leave the theater we were so scared. Looking back, I still think its pretty justified lol.
As seen in the AMC theaters of Toy Story 2, Stuart Little, Bicentennial Man, Galaxy Quest, My Dog Skip, Snow Day, The Tigger Movie, The Road to El Dorado and The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas
I watch this teaser as a child in cinema. I was 8 and i had already watch the first movie. At the beginning i dont understand anything.....And than 0:34......????Cruella??!!!!0:38 yeahhhhh!!!! Yes!!!! She is back!!!!! Hahahahaha! And i laugh with her together in the cinema♡
@@markmccusker8185 And that's the reason I want to make a clarification cause there is some confusion for most people thinking it was in ALL the VHS tapes of Toy Story 2 when literally it was in some international VHS releases such as the UK and Mexico.
@@EChacon For what its worth, it also appeared in my mexican tapes of Toy Story 2, Fantasia 2000 and Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command: The Adventure Begins.
@@miguelmarquezvhsymas3087 I remember the Mexican VHS tapes where they did show this trailer though like I said before, I want to make a clarification cause there is some confusion for most people thinking it was in ALL the VHS tapes when literally it only was in some international markets.
When I saw this trailer, I thought it was going to be a sequel to Inspector Gadget, but when I saw Cruelly there, I was all like “What does she got to do with Inspector Gadget?” but it turns out it wasn't and I was relieved about it.
BlueRaccoon27 they really were hyping this movie up. As if anybody was asking for it. Not to mention don’t release a trailer that requires your main star when you aren’t going to shoot anything with her. Like this is really bad. Like dear god. Almost makes me think they made this trailer the literal second Glenn close said yes. Like all the executives were like “YES, get that shit made ASAP. We got to let the public know.”
@@michaelmalkowski7985 No it isn't, the one we get in the US is the Atomic Dog this one with "Bad to the Bone" was not used in ANY of the VHS Tapes in the US including the Toy Story 2 VHS tape. You're more than likely referring the international (Mainly European) VHS tapes that played those trailers (especially the one with Bad to the Bone). ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gapBjsiFObw.html
This trailer is brilliant although it also always bugged me because it has nothing really to do with the movie 102 Dalmatians. There is no stage in the movie where it's a dark stormy night and a prison guard walks along the hall to free Cruella, or where she punches a police officer for saying today's the first day of the rest of your. and that clip of her laughing and saying woof woof is from the first movie, it just looks like she's in the dark prison instead of her bright fashion office.
3 years since the incident. 36 months to relive every detail. 1,095 days to think about what went wrong. 26,280 hours to plot revenge. That's 1,576,800 minutes. Which makes 94,608,000 seconds in human years. 11,037,600 minutes makes 662,256,000 seconds in dog years.
@@jackiegonzalez6814 Makes me wonder what would've happened if Disney bought DC (which they shouldn't do since they already have Marvel) and did "Cruella VS Joker".
@@joshmontemayor1212 Oh. OK. I was wondering what other song was used at the beginning before "Bad to the Bone", because I believe it was music from Hans Zimmer in what movie.
