One of the greatest things I have learned in life so far is, don't start with regrets, start with options, the future is huge, and stop looking back in life, going to a nursing home and asking people what their biggest regrets in life were woke me up, don't be 90!and wish for a better life than the one you are living now,

I have 2 kids, and what i learned from this video is the meaning of life. Elders are our enlightment to life, and as we learn from our elders, our brains will expand and become something bigger than ourselves. We will want to know more, and everyone dont ever forget... Take each day as it is and enjoy the beauty of life, wake up and look in that mirror and tell yourself, "Im doing good, i got this, and i have an amazing new life lined up." I also know anxiety is a battle to everyone every single day, embracet feeling and accept that it is a normal feeling, i mean at least you know your feeling, because if you dont feel than you are not alive.. So. just breathe and enjoy the reality right in front of you, and embrace it, we only get one shot at it... Before we recardinate.

Let me tell you something, from my personal experience. First, I'm Brazilian, so excuse some English mistakes. Second, I passed in an exam like yours. I didn't believe sometimes that it was possible for me. Is was a really hard one. But, I studied anyway. Even when I didn't believe, I kept myself disciplined. And I passed. The thing is: sometimes we don't have the accurate perception of ourselves. Because of trauma, comparison, negative thoughts or people around us saying bad things (even people who loves us). But, we have to force ourselves to stay positive. Not necessarily to believe a 100%, but to give us strenght to keep studying hard. And that is what will make you pass the exam. The discipline to keep studying no matter what. Believing or not. Give your all. You are enough. But keep going. Keep grinding. Even when you are feeling weak. Wish you the best!
