A landscape artist with the camera, what wonderful views from your bow. Do you travel with Ian and Carol always? You certainly get on well together and this innovation must make locking so much easier for the girls. Another innovation is the live 24 hour camera, brilliant. It serves, also, as a permanent night and day watchman. Your bow camera and your obvious love of the English countryside is the grab for me. Thanks so much William

Wow the canalside houses this week are fab, the sound of the water gushing in the locks was cooling me down lol. I had to laugh at Pinky & Perky again aka The Giggle sisters 😂😂

Just caught up with your cruise through Normanton on Soar up to Barrow. The Basin where you moored to do some shopping in Loughborough there was years of battle to stop British water ways as it was then, from filling the basin in, there were protests and rallies held to fight them from doing this and today we have a pleasant short stopping point with the basin. You picked a nice spot to moor at Barrow on Soar. You would have passed the Soar Boating club when you came passed the weir at Zouch, we moored there for many years and both held Commodores position. Our home waters there. Looking forward to catching up with some more of the River Saor as you pass through.
