This was one of those places where you only plan to stay a night but then stay three! This was our first-time camping at a trailhead and it was surprising to see how used it was. It was never very busy and there were plenty of times we had this entire beautiful area all to ourselves! We really enjoyed camping here and would highly recommend it if you can brave the 7miles of washboard road! FYI - there is virtually no cell service here so plan ahead. Our starlink worked great! Enjoy!
