Because of throwing year round as teen ages and Colleges wanting high speed they nearly all will have it. Does it fix them? Only briefly. Look at Walker Buehler. Bring back the artists of Pitching. The thinkers. The corner throwers. The breaking balls. An out is an out no matter how you get it....
